It is ironic that the day the death of the excellent actor Robert Duval who famously played among other parts Tom Hagan a spectacular example of the Tom Hagen math that Democrats are following was presented.
To remind you of what the Tom Hagen Math is let me quote my piece from 10 years ago when I coined the term:

In 20 years the children of Muslims now being raised on the tenets of Sharia law in America will be old enough to vote and Democrats going to make sure they get those votes when the time come, not now but 10-20 years from now.

I bring this up because of a tweet that Congressman Randy Fine sent out in response to this screen captured tweet by Nerdeen Kiswani
Since then Fine has been pilloried by democrats across the board calling him a “bigot” & “disgusting” for that statement. Many are from sitting members of congress to wit:

Rep Eric Swalwell
and of course AOC:
All of these statements of outrage by elected Democrats and all the ones I have seen as of this moment: (5:39 AM EST 2/17/26) have two things in common, both are items of omission.
- None of those replies Deny that Muslims will take away your dogs if given power
- None of those replies Deny that Democrats will support them if they try to do so.
Now I would think that saying: “Muslims aren’t coming for your dogs!” and “We will not let anyone take away your dogs!” would be a rather easy things for Democarts to say, so why are they not saying it?
The answer is the Tom Hagen math:

Democrats who have spent generations aborting & or spaying their own kids will do nothing or say nothing that might cause the one group in their circles that are having children who will group up and vote and if it mean you lose your dog that’s a price they’re willing to pay for votes & power.
It’s business and simple math.
Oh and for the record if you have a life or death situation between a dog & a human ANY human I favor the human every time.
