6th Doctor in New York!

Colin Baker is going to be appearing at the NY Comic Con Feb 6-8th at the Big Finish booth. I couldn’t find him anywhere in the list of autograph guests.

I had purchased lunch with him for my oldest as a birthday present at Jumpcon Boston before it crashed and burned. If the job didn’t go away I’d consider taking him, but you are talking $200 for the plane, an unknown cost for the Taxi + the tickets. I just can’t spend that kind of money for a quick stop.

If you are in New York go and have a good time for us. Check out the booth and some of his Big Finish adventures. You will find most of them first rate.

Whatever you do, don’t pick up this episode as the first one you listen to. If you do, you won’t bother with the rest and that would be a shame as it one of the least interesting episodes they have done.

It’s a pretty good short story, but the more of these short ones I hear the more I think that McGann is wasted on single CD episodes. I would like to see more two CD episodes with him.
