…and at its conclusion they asked for references to be e-mailed so they must have liked what they saw, but apparently they must have talked to someone they liked better since I just got an e-mail rejection.

At least the rejection wasn’t generic but that’s frankly small comfort.

Don’t really know what else to say.

…the 12th day of Christmas.

I hope your Christmas season has been a merry one and may your year to come be one of happiness, health and prosperity for you and all of yours.

Politics and polls come and go, but family and friends transcend such things. May a friendly word of encouragement always be ready to greet you when you need it.

Q: How do I know that the experimental stuffing I concocted last night didn’t go over well?

Last night I went to my weekly board game night, got home about 11:30 and there was the pizza box on the stove.

I have cooked stuffed chicken breasts with meat straight from the Butcher shop 6 doors down and a stuffing made with some whole grain breadcrumbs that the wife picked up which I spiced with Garlic, Oliveoil, black pepper and a few other spices with a touch of Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.

I could see that people where much more enthusiastic about the wings I made on the side but I didn’t expect an extra dinner out there.

Well back to the drawing board.

If you have a spare prayer, I’ll certainly take it and if possible throw one toward my nephew too, he is off to Minnesota for an interview this week and his situation is rougher than mine.
