A: Tacos for supper and Shredded Wheat as your snack. Lucky for gameflow you can seamlessly lose turns when playing Talilsman with 7 guys. Gabriel Iglesias not withstanding it’s a BAD idea.

I made this up last week when I was trying to figure out what to cook for supper:

Ingredients:

2 Boneless Chicken Breasts split
1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing (Chicken Flavor)
8 slices slab bacon
2 tbl spoons of ANGUS Seasoning Blends Herb Garlic & Pepper
4 tbl spoons of Bella Rosa Fresh Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Preparations:

Preheat oven to 380 degrees. Grease pan
Prepare 1/2 package of Stove-top stuffing per package instructions BUT increase amount of water by 50% Put aside. Cut raw bacon slices in half

Directions:
Arrange chicken Breasts top side down in pan. With straight edge knife cut a slit down the center of the chicken breast about 1/4″ deep making sure not to cut all the way through.

Spice with Angus seasoning. Spoon in stove top stuffing to about 3/4 of the cut. Take bacon slice and insert over the cavity in the shape of an X tuck the center of the bacon into the stuffing & cavity. Spoon remaining stuffing over bacon. Re-spice with remaining Angus blend. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake on top rack for 45 minutes. Serves 4

Note if you are baking potatoes with this you can have the oven as hot as 400 degrees if so slightly increase water content on stuffing.

If I was still working at HiWired I’d buy a new system to get up to speed on it at once, however since I’m not working I will wait.

If you have been stalling buying a new system till this moment I’d wait at least another month.

If you need it at once for work reasons then buy a new system if possible, upgrade only if necessary.

If you have limited funds and desperately need a new PC Vista systems will never be cheaper than right now.

Me, I’m ignoring the whole thing and making boneless chicken breasts with a slit in the top which will have slab bacon a new set of locally mixed spices and stuffing on that slit in that order, with baked potatoes and a salad. Sounds much more interesting.

A: Because if for any reason the other guy doesn’t show you still have lunch at Linguini’s Italian Eatery in Marlborough, and that is almost always worth the trip.

Important note: the same rules would apply for either the Border Grille & Bar in Leominster or the Southside Grille & Margarita Factory in Gardner
