My strategy for fighting Coronavirus lockdowns, vaccine mandates, and mask mandates

Except under the most dire circumstances nonviolent resistance to any form government tyranny and overreach is far more effective than violent engagement.  That is most definitely the case when it comes to the government imposed nightmare most of the world has been living under for the past eighteen months.  Violence should always be the absolute last resort.  Conditions in all but one nation have not been serious enough to warrant violent resistance.  The one possible exception I believe might be Australia where the Tyranny imposed by that government is now most extreme.

Noncompliance is the first step in ending the lockdowns and mandates.  Unfortunately the spirit of noncompliance has been very weak here in the United States, thanks to many decades of progressive indoctrination in all levels of American schools.  When outdoor mask mandates were instituted here in Massachusetts I simply ignored them.  Every day I did my walk without a mask and got away with it.  It was not so easy with indoor mask mandates.  In this state store owners called the police on individuals not wearing masks.  The miscreants were fined and the strore owners then trespassed them so they could not shop there again.  That is a heavy price for individuals to face alone.  The only way to fight this is organized groups entering stores without masks who, do nothing except peacefully shop.   Because of the nationwide surge in individuals testing positive for the Delta Variant, cities and states are reimposing mask mandates.  This is being met with far more resistance this time around.  I believe the time is right for these unmasking parties. All we need is for individuals in different communities to organize them and make them stick.

In last week’s article I chronicled how mass protests to Coronavirus restrictions are beginning to pop up worldwide.  For these restrictions and mandates to end once and for all here in the United States mass protests need to be organized in as many communities as possible, as often as possible.  We need to step out of our comfort zones and step up and organize these mass protests through social, media as often as possible until social media shuts us down.  Then we need to seek alternate methods to organize.

So few are stepping up and saying enough because they are living in fear, thanks to all of the propaganda being spread by the mainstream media, politicians, government agencies, social media, and so called scientific experts.  We need to flood social media with the truth about the true nature of Coronavirus, which is far less harmful to the vast majority of the population than is reported by all of the phony experts and fear mongering media.  We need to spread the truth about how ineffective mask mandates and lockdowns are in stopping the spread of any virus. I have been doing this nonstop for well over a year and so have many of my friends.  This has cost me a lot of friends on Facebook but that has not stopped me and I don’t care if I go to Facebook jail.

Organized mass protests and individuals willing to coordinate them is the key to ending these lockdowns and mandates.

People around the world are beginning to rise up against Coronavirus restrictions and vaccine mandates

For the past eighteen months I have been continuously amazed and sickened at how meekly people around the world have accepted the trampling of their most fundamental rights and freedoms, all in the name of fighting the Coronavirus  I have been especially disappointed and saddened at the unquestioning acceptance of outright tyranny here in the United States.  For the past year an a half I have been waiting in vain for people to rise up and say in a very loud voice enough is enough.  Until that happens I know that these restrictions and mandates will continue

Finally, just in the past week or two, people around the world are beginning to rise up and say enough.  Australia appears to be the epicenter of this world wide resistance. That does not surprise me because no nation has traveled further along the road to absolute tyranny than the land down under,  This article chronicles what is going on in the land of koala bears and kangaroos. 

An inflection point has been reached in Australia with the government COVID-19 lockdowns, forced vaccinations and now, vaccine passports. What is happening today in the state of Victoria, specifically the Melbourne metropolitan area, is an outcome of more than a year of heavy-handed government rules and regulations deaf to the voices of the average man, woman or family. There is a middle class & blue-collar backlash taking place, and Americans would be wise to pay attention.

Things recently came to a head when the Premier of Victoria, Daniel Andrews, began outlining the rules and regulations for opening society back up after almost a year of total lockdown. The always futile attempt to block the COVID-19 virus through a policy known as “COVID-ZERO” was abandoned. The new approach is to open up society and the economy by forcing everyone to take the vaccine, and then allowing only the vaccinated to participate in the economy as varying percentages of the population are double-vaxxed, and admittedly, later, booster-vaxxed.

Over the course of two days protests began, spread, and escalated into riots because the people are completely fed up with the dystopian  nightmare they have been living.

On Monday 9/20 [AU time] a large group of members of the biggest trade union in Australia, the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU), went to CFMEU headquarters to confront their leadership, CFMEU Secretary John Setka.

Their demand was essentially simple – to have their voices heard and use the power of the trade union to stop the Victorian government overreach. The union members wanted their leadership to block the new vaccine mandate and stop the creation of a two-tiered society as outlined by Premier Dan Andrews.

On Tuesday 9/21 [AU time], the trade union members took to the streets in even larger numbers, now joined by blue-collar workers of all stripes who identify with the cause. Even workers who did not previously like the union members or their prior political tactics are joined in common cause over the issue of COVID-19.

The protesting ranks swelled. Tens-of-thousands of non-union workers joined with the trade union protesters in solidarity. Notice this is an interesting repeat of history when you consider Poland in the 1980s and the working class alignment to push back against the totalitarian regime of the former Soviet Union.

France has also become a hotbed of protests and riots because of the draconian nature of the restrictions and mandates instituted by President Macron.  As in Australia, vaccine passports are proving to be the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back.   Check out this Breitbart article.

The streets of France were flooded for the ninth straight week with protesters against President Emmanuel Macron’s vaccine passport scheme, with an estimated 121,000 demonstrators marching throughout the country, including about 19,000 in Paris.

In the French capital, there were four demonstrations against the pass sanitaire (vaccine passport) on Saturday, with demonstrators chanting “Macron, your pass, we do not want it,” “Macron, resign,” and “no to dictatorship”.

Even in New York City protest have begun over vaccine mandates.

The people of Holland are just as pissed off about the mandates and restrictions as everyone else.  They are taking to the streets in protest, however, they are doing it in a truly Dutch manner.  This headline from Louder with Crowder 150K DUTCH PEOPLE PROTEST RESTRICTIONS WITH RAVE, FUNKY DANCE MOVES. With the vaccine mandate the Biden Regime has now become a petty dictatorship

With the issuance of this unconstitutional edict Joe Biden crossed over the threshold into a level of tyranny that has only been exhibited in totalitarian dictatorships.  He has now gone further along that path than any president in the history of the United States, which is saying a lot considering the levels of tyranny the people of the United States experienced under Woodrow Wilson, FDR, and Obama.

This one provision of his proclamation violates so many fundamental provisions of the United States Constitution.

The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is developing a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work. OSHA will issue an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) to implement this requirement. This requirement will impact over 80 million workers in private sector businesses with 100+ employees.

Nowhere under the Constitution is the federal government granted the authority to mandate that individuals must have a substance injected into their bodies, not even a hypothetical vaccine that is 100 percent safe and 100 percent effective against a seriously deady virus.  Every single individual has the right to decide for themselves what does and does not go into their bodies.  That right is a fundamental component of one of our most important God-given Natural Rights which is Liberty.

Liberty if the freedom to do whatever you want as long as you do not hurt others or interfere with the rights of others. Not getting vaccinated against a disease does not qualify as hurting others because others are free to get the vaccine if they wish and others can protect themselves against a disease by taking proper measures.

The liberty of every individual is protected from the federal government by the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment.   Here is the text of that amendment

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.

The federal government can only compel you to do something you do not wish to do if you are found guilty in a court of law, by a jury, as long as due process is upheld.  The Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment offers the same protection against State and local governments.

For the federal government to force millions of Americans to get vaccinated with a vaccine that has not been fully tested and has a relatively high percentage of negative side effects is unconscionable, unconstitutional, and the very definition of tyranny.

This silly Federal mandate is creating potentially deadly local confusion

The Obama administration set an all time record for issuing federal mandates which unconstitutionally reached down to the local level.  One of which, the renumbering of highway exits, is just now being implemented on the local level here in my state.  On the surface this mandate seems rather innocuous.  In reality this mandate is creating a lot of confusion.  Over the labor day weekend this confusion had the potential of killing someone in my town.

The town I live in is bisected by a major highway and in my town there are three exits from that highway.  Ever since that highway was built fifty years ago the exits were numbered 1, 2 and 3.  Now they are numbered 2, 3, and 5 because the Obama administration decreed that all exits are now numbered by the mile markers they are at.

Renumbering exits after fifty years is causing a lot of confusion for town residents and motorists which can be comical.  This renumbering is causing a great deal of confusion amongst the police and fire department in my town and this confusion could potentially have killed someone over this past weekend.  I heard it unfold over my police scanner.

Instead of informing the units that an accident happened at a certain exit or the best access is this number exit the dispatcher for the police and fire departments now tell all units that “the incident is at the new exit number which was this old exit”.  This takes extra time which is not good during an emergency.  The dispatchers try real hard to use this system for every call but they do not always.  Neither do the police or fire units.  Sometimes the dispatchers use just the old exit numbers and sometimes the new numbers.  The police and fire units do the same.  This has caused a great deal of confusion since the exits were renumbered a month ago.

This past Sunday evening there were two major roll over accidents on the highway at roughly the same time.  Police and fire units were called in from two surrounding towns.  Dispatchers and emergency units kept mixing up old and new exit numbers.  Units were sent to the wrong exits.  This created delays in response time.  This could have resulted in someone’s death, luckily it did not. 

Because everyone is so used to the old system after fifty years and during a stressful emergency situations people tend to fall back on old habits I can see this happening for years despite having top notch dispatchers and first responders in my town.  This could easily be happening in towns and cities across this country because of s silly federal mandate.
