Gibbs optimism not withstanding, you don’t have to manufacture BS if you actually have the votes. I think stuff like this is a sign that they don’t.
And if they think they do I’m with Michelle “Not without a fight” but I would caution her that the use of the phrase “constitution butchers” indicates that she hasn’t met Mike Romano.
