I’m not a lawyer but i’ll wager it’s still a violation of federal law, that’s a Bozo no-no.
However it does looks like this TPM post seems to be confirming Patterico earlier one.
Not enough to retract the Wheel of Fish but we will see.
Oh BTW take a look that the bottom of TPM they seem to be going all O’Keefe all the time, it would seem it is the only card the left has to play these days.
Charles slanders Glenn and Patterico calls him out on it.
I’m not surprised by this and Glenn isn’t holding his breath waiting for an apology but the best revenge is this, Charles has not managed an instalanche since Aug 27 2009 and Patterico just received his 2nd of the new year.
If that isn’t enough my instalanche monday is one more than Charles has managed since then too . He’s still 232 instalanches up on me but I’m working on it.
Meanwhile Charles’ arch enemy Robert Stacy has managed 3 additional instalanches onthese posts since my last report bringing his total to 14 since Charles last one however Glenn has yet to link to the new site.
He must not be a fan of ‘bama.
Update: Glenn remembers what our grandmothers used to say:

Update 2: Smitty corrects me on the link, that’s why his blog has 13 instalanches to my one over the last 5 months.
I was rather tied up yesterday as you might have heard so I missed every bit of the Gateway to Johnson to Patterico and then the banning.
Robert Stacy saw it and is really having a lot of fun with it.
You know there are all kinds of possibilities in a new year. I hope Charles decides to take advantage of one of them. It’s a miserable way to spend a life and it’s not going to win him the friends hie thinks it’s going to.
I’m not going to bet a lot of money on that.

The exchange on the Patterico/McCain business continues and has spilled over to other blogs, some that I like but don’t read daily such as Little Miss Attila, some that I only read once in a while such as Protein Wisdom and some that I’ve never seen before but I think I’ll read more often such as South Texan (thanks for the link btw).
I like a good debate as much as the next guy and tend to enjoy it. This debate is trickier than others because a person’s reputation is at stake, so here is what I think concerning this.
I think that both Robert Stacy and Patterico are acting in good faith. I don’t think this is a question of a grudge although there is the potential for one two develop. I think that would be a shame.
Ok here comes the totally unsubstantiated speculation because I’m talking about other people’s motives without asking them. This is my opinion and guess and is based on nothing except that: (more…)
