Instapundit reports that there have been “Tea Party” protests nationwide drawing anywhere from 100 to 1500 people. They have been pretty much self made spread on the web using tools such as twitter.
It will now remain to be seen if and how the media reports on these protests particularly if they continue. Because dissatisfaction over what is going on is not confined to supporters of the president.
It will be very hard to pooh pooh this stuff if people in their towns and cities see it going on and ignored. Particularly when the “tax cut” is only a withholding adjustment that will be paid back anyways.

Peter, it’s not just a withholding adjustment. They are forcing a withholding adjustment because of the tax rate change so people do not have to wait up to a year and five months to see the money they would have overpaid to the government otherwise.
BTW, if you want to have a tech blog that also plugs a business you are attempting to start, I would suggest you lay off posting about your personal political views and standpoints. They have no place on a business blog.
This isn’t a business blog, this is a blog about the things I feel like talking about.
It just so happens that I’m a tech support guy and also will offer it though the blog or through eBay.
If you are the Chris i think you are then you know that I’m going to give people the best support that I can regardless of their political opinions, in fact if you are the Chris I think you are, you can vouch for it.
If I go whole hog with a business I’ll likely have a web page where all that will be done, that would be independent of the blog and not reflect my opinions on other matters.
