“Admiral?” he protested, “I’m Captain Binghamton and no sane man would pick this nincompoop to escort anything.”

“Then ‘Captain‘ Explain this treaty with Durani signed by ADMIRAL Binghamton and ADMIRAL Parker.”

“ but,but he but I..” he stammered.

Hockstetter beamed in triumph: “You”, he pointed, “It’s clear you’re the brains of this operation.”

The Captain’s jaw dropped: “Brains, Parker?”

Hogan rose from the coffee pot, it was time to move.
