Three years ago when my blog was still a business and I was closing in on 1000 subscribers and hoping to monetarizing my thousands of youtube videos I had gone to youtube to check out a Mel Brooks video and saw this on my site:

If you are a regular reader of this blog you can guess what my answer was, but if you don’t remember:

Nothing says “Election 2020 is the most honest election there has ever been” then to ban videos and commentaries that question it.

This is a rather old video but I’ve noted that I’m closing in on 1000 subscribers which means that I can monetize videos there so I suspect the time has come to preemptively start the process to ban me.

I was of course correct and promptly banned by youtube.

Well the following year June (2023) youtube put out an announcement that they were reversing their ban on election 2020 commentary that they disagreed with so I appealed again saying:

I understand that you have now changed your policies on election commentary due to the curbs it made on free speech. As you banned me based three commentaries I made on election 2020 (all of which had under 100 views each) coincidently just as I was about to reach 1000 subscribers, I am asking if my over a decades worth of work including thousands of hours of interviews and reports, covering not only elections local state and national all over the nation but events from CPAC to Pinball festivals to quilt shops to religious gatherings will now be restored.

Let’s see if you actually meant these words:

“In the current environment, we find that while removing this content does curb some misinformation, it could also have the unintended effect of curtailing political speech without meaningfully reducing the risk of violence or other real-world harm.”

I pass the ball to you.

Joe Biden still being in the White House with an election to win apparently the words didn’t mean all that much to wit:

Their answer took less than 30 minutes:

Hi DaTechGuyBlog,
We have reviewed your appeal for the following:
Channel: DaTechGuyBlog
We reviewed your channel carefully, and have confirmed that it violates our Community Guidelines. We know this is probably disappointing news, but it’s our job to make sure that YouTube is a safe place for all.

Note they didn’t just review it, they reviewed it CAREFULLY that time and CONFIRMED I violated their guidelines and was thus still banned to keep youtube “safe”.

Well guess what happened this week:

Google Admits Censorship Under Biden; Promises to End Bans of YouTube Accounts of Thousands of Americans Censored for Political Speech

Google also admitted the following to the House Judiciary Committee:

  1. The Biden Administration pressured Google to censor Americans and remove content that did not violate YouTube’s policies.
  2. The Biden Administration censorship pressure was “unacceptable and wrong.”
  3. Public debate should never come at the expense of relying “authorities.”
  4. The company will never use third-party “fact-checkers.”
  5. Europe’s censorship laws target American companies and threaten American speech, including the removal of “lawful content.”

These major admissions come after Chairman Jordan’s subpoena to Google and a years long investigation into the company.

When I saw that I decided to log in and appeal again only I didn’t write a long piece, I just noted this admission and said do you mean it?

Well you’ll never guess what was in my email when I got home from work and checked:

So my channel is back and THIS makes it right?

I lost years worth of views, the monitorization of my channel during an election year where, as the first new media person in history to question Donald Trump at a press conference (twice) could have meant enough income to justify keeping my business, which I had to close at the end of last year, open, not to mention the ability to push my book and podcast and blog through videos and NOW they’re saying I didn’t violate any standards when they IN WRITING said they had carefully reviewed my case and determined I violated rules and made youtube unsafe and now it’s OK?

I think not.

Hey youtube tell you what lawsuits take time although given your admission and previous correspondence I suspect I’d have a pretty good chance of winning so he’s what I’ll do:

This is the Classic Jersey Jack Pinball Machine The Wizard of Oz

And here is the much newer Stern James Bond Pinball Machine Dr. No.

Per pinside the estimated value of a Wizard of Oz is between $8970 – $10430. You can by a new Dr. No for $6995.

I’m a flexible fellow. You give me either one and we’ll call it even.

Beginning in the 1960s the Democratic Party was infected by Marxism.  Today the infection is nearly complete.  Like all Marxists, Democrats believe that the ends always justify the means.  Whatever it takes to gain and maintain power is perfectly acceptable.

Censorship has always been one of the most widespread tactics used by the political left.  The Democratic Party has embraced this strategy wholeheartedly. Because they are very worried about the up coming presidential election, Democrats have recently ramped their censorship campaign to a ridiculous level.

A group of Democrat senators is demanding Big Tech embark on a massive censorship campaign to ensure Americans’ speech is neutered ahead of the upcoming presidential election.

Sen. Ben Ray Lujan, D-N.M., led the charge in asking “11 of the largest and most popular social media and encrypted chat companies in the U.S. calling for increased resources toward combatting 2024 U.S. election administration and certificationdisinformation.” He was joined by Sens. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., Ron Wyden, D-Ore., and Jeff Merkley, D-Ore.

I believe this is an effort to prevent those of us on the political right from speaking out against the Democrat’s efforts to steal the 2024 Presidential election from Trump, as they did in 2020.

The group of Democrats sent a letter to Google, Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit, Snapchat, Amazon, Discord, Signal, Telegram, and Apple demanding information on how the companies plan to “de-amplify and/or remove election disinformation (whether created using AI or not) and/or user accounts who spread this disinformation, when in violation of their policies,” according to a press release.

They also want major platforms to amplify what they deem to be “official election information” and “increase their “2024 election safety team” and ensure it spans the ten most commonly spoken languages on the platforms.

The Political Right has dominated talk radio for decades.  This makes it much harder for the Democrats to steal the upcoming election.  That is why the Democrat controlled Federal Communications Commission just fast tracked Goerge Soro’s efforts to buy 200 radio stations before the election.

The Democrat majority at the FCC “fast-tracked” a deal to allow leftist billionaire George Soros to acquire more than 200 radio stations despite Republican objections.

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules stipulate that foreign company ownership of American radio stations cannot exceed 25 percent; Soros reportedly took foreign investment to make his bid for the 200 Audacy radio stations, which covers 40 media markets, and asked the commission to make an exception to the normal review porcess.

This is reportedly the first time a fast-tracked deal has gone through the commission without a typical national security review process, which normally would take up to a year or more.

Every time I have tried to share the truth about Kamala Harris’ ludicrous tax scheme I was ‘fact checked’ by Facebook.  This is the reason why: Soros Machine Trying to Influence Media on Nutty Biden-Harris Tax Idea (mrcfreespeechamerica.org)

There appears to be no Biden-Harris policy proposal too cuckoo-for-cocoa puffs for the well-oiled Soros machine to spin as a stroke of genius to manipulate its media coverage in a positive light.

The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP), fueled with $6,230,000 by leftist billionaire George Soros between 2016 and 2022, pathetically attempted to swat down opponents to the Biden-Harris unrealized capital gains tax proposal for the 2025 budget. “Arguments Against Taxing Unrealized Capital Gains of Very Wealthy Fall Flat,” read the Sept. 11 CBPP headline. If that wasn’t bad enough, the CPBB played word games by spinning that the middle class are “often taxed on unrealized gains” to make the ludicrous proposal appear mainstream.

At last count, I’ve been sentenced to the Facebook gulag 28 times.  The only crime I have ever committed is that of posting articles and memes that reflect my Libertarian beliefs. My posts constantly contradict established progressive orthodoxy, which is the official religion of the political left.

Those on the political left firmly believe that any form of communication that contradicts progressive beliefs is hate speech.  They mistakenly maintain that hate speech is not protected by the First Amendment.

It has been painfully obvious since Facebook first went live that that social media platform is extremely hostile to communications made by those of us on the political right.  That is because Mark Zuckerberg is a rabid leftist.

Until recently Facebook would slap articles that contradict progressive orthodoxy with a phony fact check and hide them behind several clicks.  After offenders accumulate a couple of these bogus fact checks, they were sent to the gulag for 90 days.  During that time hardly anyone sees your posts because they are reduced to the lowest possible priority.

Just this past month Facebook began removing posts entirely.  When they do a scary looking message like this one, which I received today, flashes across your screen

As you can see from the title of the actual article they removed, it is in no way spam: Texas Mom Reads Anal Sex Passage From School Book — Mic Gets Cut (taphaps.com). Imagine a book distributed in school that is so pornographic the reading it at a schoolboard meeting gets your mic cut off and posts mentioning it removed from Facebook.

After the screen informing you that they removed your post Facebook warns you that you will be in trouble if you continue posting stuff that they do not like. It is a blatant form of intimidation.

The most pathetic and most dangerous aspect of this censorship nonsense is this screen equating sharing articles that contradict progressive orthodoxy with physical harm.

The one great failure of our Constitution proved over time to be the structure and organization of the Supreme Court.  That branch is far too dependent on the supposed integrity of a small number of individuals, who have proved to be too flawed to yield that much responsibility and authority.

On Wednesday, June 26th the current Supreme Court proved itself to be one of the most flawed incarnations of this august body.  They accomplished this by upholding The Biden Regimes despicable censorship by proxy scheme, SCOTUS Allows Feds’ Censorship Plot Ahead Of 2024 Election (thefederalist.com)

In her majority opinion, Barrett claimed that “[a]t this stage” of litigation, plaintiffs have not “established standing to seek an injunction” against the named federal agencies and that as such, the Supreme Court “lack[s] jurisdiction to reach the merits of the dispute.”

“The plaintiffs, without any concrete link between their injuries and the defendants’ conduct, ask us to conduct a review of the years-long communications between dozens of federal officials, across different agencies, with different social-media platforms, about different topics,” Barrett wrote. “This Court’s standing doctrine prevents us from ‘exercis[ing such] general legal oversight’ of the other branches of Government. … We therefore reverse the judgment of the Fifth Circuit and remand the case for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.”

I’m sorry but Justice Barrett demonstrated extreme cowardice when she issued her opinion, along with a callous disregard for the letter and spirit of the First Amendment.  Most unfortunately for the people of the United States, the other two faux conservatives on the high court, Roberts and Kavanaugh, sided with her.

Justice Alito wrote an epic and blistering dissent.

In his dissent, Alito noted that “[w]hat the officials did in this case was more subtle than the ham-handed censorship found to be unconstitutional” in a prior case before the court but that the feds’ censorship shenanigans documented in Murthy v. Missouri is “no less coercive.” In fact, the associate justice highlighted how the Biden administration’s efforts were “even more dangerous” due to the high-level government officials involved.

“It was blatantly unconstitutional, and the country may come to regret the Court’s failure to say so,” Alito wrote. “Officials who read today’s decision together with Vullo will get the message. If a coercive campaign is carried out with enough sophistication, it may get by. That is not a message this Court should send.”

I predict that the Biden Regime and social media will strengthen their unholy alliance and accelerate their schemes to suppress speech that would make another stolen election more difficult.

The high court’s Wednesday ruling has major implications for the upcoming 2024 election.

Leading up to the 2020 election, for example, CISA upped its censorship efforts by flagging posts for Big Tech companies it claimed were worthy of being censored, some of which called into question the security of voting practices such as mass, unsupervised mail-in voting. This was done despite CISA privately acknowledging the risks associated with such practices.

The FBI also took on a censorship role during the 2020 election, in what has been characterized as a clear attempt to help Joe Biden’s election prospects. In the months leading up to the November contest, the agency — which had authenticated Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop as early as November 2019 — was issuing warnings to then-Twitter and Facebook to be on the lookout for so-called “Russian propaganda” and “hack-and-leak operations” by “state actors.”

Jonathan Turley of the Media Research Center provided an excellent summation of the betrayal of the First Amendment by the three cowardly faux conservative justices.
