Q: Why do the Methodists choose to boycott Jews and not anyone else in the world?
I think they are simply delusional cowardly fools more than actually evil but the end result is the same. Check out this exchange to understand:

“Don’t you realize that you’re joining a massive global campaign against Israel?” I asked.

“There isn’t a campaign against Israel,” she replied firmly. “It’s not as simple as that.”

“You don’t accept that you’ve just jumped on a fashionable bandwagon?” I asked in amazement.

“We are the first church… to do this… so we are not being fashionable,” she replied.

At which point, what can you really say? Overall, a church that behaves in the manner of the Methodists has buried its credibility under a gigantic dunghill of intransigence, pedantry, lies and distortions.

Can people actually be this stupid? Maybe Pan is right maybe this is evil, the evil of willful denial and ignorance. A denial that supports their fear. Parts of England can’t are no longer safe for non Muslims? La La La La can’t see anything. It’s the same denial that allowed Germans to live in towns near the camps and pretend they are not there.

My last thought on Helen Thomas

As I woke up this morning I was channel surfing and I stopped on CNN for a moment and they were discussing Helen Thomas and there was something that struck me, beyond the point that if she is function in a job at her age she needs to be held to the standards of the job.

The thought was they couldn’t believe that Helen Thomas really meant what she said about the Jews. They all knew her, she couldn’t actually mean it. She is old etc…etc…etc…

I leave you all this thought:

How many died in the last century because they wouldn’t let themselves believe people actually meant what they said? How many will die this century for the same reason?

If you want to know why people like Pam Geller gets so excited over radical Islam. It’s because she understands this basic truth.

…is the comments section of places like the Huffington Post and the fits it is giving people on the left. One example:

You go, Helen! Don’t back off. In fact, given Israel’s out of control aggression, I’ve been having fantasies that the Disney Company will build a giant water slide on the beach at Tel Aviv and hire a piccolo player in a red cape to play “In the Hall of the Mountain King.”

And when we don’t get that we get the moral equivalence card from places like the moderate voice and think progress who conveniently forget that when Israel was formed there was a Palestinian state created at the same time. It’s called “Jordan”. It wasn’t until Israel won the 1967 war that the cause for yet another Arab state in the region took place. Hitting back is cathartic but the most important function Thomas’ remarks have achieved is the identification of those who dreams are beyond just a Judenrein Middle east. As Captain Ed puts it:

Also, this episode should remind everyone that if it were up to Israel, there would be no war. If it was up to Hamas and Fatah, there would be no Israel. And that’s the main problem with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and one that is irreconcilable.

It’s beyond that. I think the goal isn’t no Israel, I think the goal is no Jews period.
