Marty Lamb spoke to me before his appearance on WCRN Saturday.
Marty’s site is here, if you aren’t in a position to kick in a few bucks to his campaign, you can give something even more valuable; your time.
Arianna Huffington is putting up a quarter of a mil for buses to the John Stewart rally:
Arianna Huffington’s surprise gift to Jon Stewart — a convoy of shuttle buses to his “Rally to Restore Sanity” in Washington — was an even bigger surprise to the folks at the Huffington Post.
And the cost of the grand gesture — an estimated $250,000 for 100 buses for thousands of New Yorkers — is making some of Huffington Post’s finance executives wince, according to insiders.
Hey it’s her money and she can do with it what she wants but that again shows the desperation of the left to make something ANYTHING look like a tea party rally in terms of success.
How what is going to be basically a giant DC comedy show and frat party, is going to inspire people to vote democratic party has not been made quite clear, but it’s not the reality, it’s the NUMBERS they want…
…they are counting on the MSM to create the reality for them.
Word of advice, forget the 1/4 mil for the buses, kick in an extra 10 grand to hire people to pick up the trash.
We had a great time both before and after the WCRN broadcast.
Before the congressional candidates Dem State Senator Richard Moore was on the air
The three wise men before the show
Bill and Marty’s wives joined in for a shot.
There were quite a few callers from over the state
We took some photos just after we got off the air
And Marty provided us with his famous Congressional Barf Bags
After the show we went to a place called Sweet in Worcester
The crew here was very busy:
And they Don’t stuff the Cannoli until you order:
The place was full and rocking
But John and Sam were the stars of the show
In two weeks we will have Bill Gunn, Tom Wesley and Marty Lamb on again. We hope you tune in.
Update: Here is a video I shot at Sweet
I have no idea why I called John “Tom” in that video. Late night I guess.
Two update concerning DaTechGuy on DaRadio
#1 Regular Guest Status on WCRN’s Conservatively Speaking Saturday’s 7-9 p.m.
Starting this week I will become a Pseudo-regular on Conservatively Speaking (4th banana).
As 4th Banana my involvement will be much more limited than John & Co but it will be regular baring family events, Christmas open houses etc… So to all my readers nationwide I say give a listen to WCRN Saturdays 7-9 p.m. and give us a call.
#2 The Axis of Fedora Hour
I have a meeting scheduled Thursday Morning to confirm and finalize details for the Axis of Fedora Hour (or DaTechGuy on DaRadio or whatever we call it) It is unclear if it would directly follow conservatively speaking or be on later in the evening 10 or 11 p.m. but all signs look good right now.
I hope to be able to announce a start date by the end of the week.
