Do you know what really bothers me about Elena Kagan?

No it has nothing to do with who she sleeps with.

She is nearly 50. I’m about to turn 47 next week.

In 2008 we had the first presidential candidate (Sarah Palin) who was younger than me. If we have the first supreme court nominee who is younger than me that proves I’m old and shaving the beard again isn’t going to change it.

ARRUGH!

Update: Robert Stacy McCain has some fun with the topic that the administration seems to be dodging, alas for Robert rule 5 and the valley not withstanding the answer to #10 is still likely No. On the serious side he is totally correct in his assessment concerning the purpose of the “whispering campaign”.

Welcome to The Carmelite

A friend of mine has just become my latest blogchild. She is a former SEPD teacher locally and blogs under the name The Carmelite.

As indicated by the name she will be writing on the Catholic Church and it’s teaching etc. She has taught courses on the Church at local parishes and at local community colleges and has been a guest speaker locally on Catholic Faith and doctrine.
