It is exceedingly obvious that Joe Biden’s handlers will load him up with enough stimulants to animate a corpse so he can appear marginally coherent for the upcoming debates.  That was the approach they used during the last State of the Union Adress.

I thought it would be a fun bit of political satire to come up with some truly off the wall and absurdly ridiculous ideas that Biden’s handlers could also use to make him appear to be coherent.

One of the more amusing scenes from Harry Poter novels occurred in Prisoner of Azkaban when they used the locomotor corpus spell on Snape.  Am I a bad person to laugh out loud at a mental image of Joe Biden bobbing along like a Thanksgiving Day parade balloon with his head lolling to the side?  Is that any different from the way he normally appears in public?

Joe Biden could not actually become an Inferius because his body is still alive.  Mentaly he definitely would qualify.

The Weekend at Bernie’s approach would also be quite humorous although the services of a good ventriloquist would be needed.  Jeff Dunham would not be available because he is not a Biden supporter.

A Vulcan mind meld would work but would probably be too traumatic for the Vulcan.  Could you imagine wandering through the empty wasteland of the remnants of Biden’s brain.

I’ve seen many movies where voodoo was used to animate corpses.  Would turning Joe Biden into a zombie actually be an improvement?

Alien parasites would also work, like those in Robert Heinlein’s Puppet Masters.

There are just so many options available to Joe Biden’s handlers if they really wanted to be creative.

Have you ever had the misfortune of debating liberals on social media?  I have far too often.  I never intended to, not once.  It was simply the unfortunate consequence of my continuous bad habit of posting stuff on social media that contradicts established progressive orthodoxy.

There is nothing that provokes a leftist more fanatically than encountering a social media post that they do not agree with.  They immediately engage in a holy war against that post.  The main objectives of their crusade against speech they disagree with is to bully the offenders into silence.

When provoked by ideas they disagree with liberals engage in the ugliest and most mean spirited personal attacks against those that dare voice them.  The absolute worst thing you can do if you find yourself troubled online by rabid leftists is show anger.  That is what they crave the most.  They are like puppies starved for attention. Deny them your anger.  Always maintain the moral high ground.

Combating a liberal’s usual diatribe with facts and logic is just as useless as shooting a werewolf with traditional lead projectiles.   They are completely immune to those weapons because they have been indoctrinated for decades by our abysmal educational system.  They have been brainwashed into believing that reality is subjective, all that matters to them is what they believe and what they feel.

The only truly effective weapon to use against liberals is ridicule.  One common side effect of progressive indoctrination is the erasure of their sense of humor.  The brainwashing hypersensitized the part of the brain that leads to the sense of being offended.  .

Facts and logic dressed up with non-mean spirited and humorous ridicule is the deadliest weapon you can use when engaging in verbal combat with liberals.

Sadly dear readers, this will be my last post here for DaTechGuy. Unfortunately, it’s been a struggle to keep revenue coming in, and when Peter said he would have to start cutting writers, rather than let others deliberate over the decision, I made the choice to step down.

It’s not all a loss though. I recently retired from the military (hence the lack of “This post doesn’t represent the DoD…), so I’m starting a fresh new phase of life as a self-employed person. I started working for Peter when my daughter was in Yale’s Children Hospital. It was a good distraction from an otherwise depressing situation. She passed away right as we were house hunting, and that experience prompted me to write “To Build A House.” Had I not been regularly blogging on DaTechGuy, I don’t think I would have had the writing skills needed to finish the book, let alone the audiobook.

My last years in the military were busy, so although I have two books I want to write, I haven’t had the time to do so. Any writer out there knows that if you don’t keep writing, your skills diminish, so sometimes my weekend blogging for DaTechGuy was the only real writing exercise I could get. Peter gave me the freedom to write about whatever I wanted to, and often it was my escape from an increasingly oppressive military culture hell bent on DEI initiatives, white supremacist witch hunts, and anything else that would distract from its lack of warfighting ability.

As I leave DaTechGuy, I don’t get any less busy. I’m now working with a team of folks at Walk The Talk Foundation to try and bring some accountability to the military, particularly the flag and general officers that have run our services into the dirt. The media has missed the big story on the decline in military recruiting. It’s less about DEI and a lot more about the poor treatment of service members. Every person I know getting out has said they won’t recommend the service to their family members. Given that a large percentage of military members serve because mom/dad/grandpa did, that by far has been the biggest depressor of military recruiting. Since the GOFOs can’t bring themselves to apologize for losing Afghanistan, poorly managing our shipyards and not fixing military pay, people like me have responded in “Atlas Shrugged” fashion by shrugging off the expectation that we keep supplying the military with our sons and daughters. At some point it’ll break, and hopefully like in Atlas Shrugged, something better will rise from the ashes.

So between helping Walk the Talk, writing two more books, teaching travel classes and helping churches and non-profit organizations with their computer networks, plus raising 5 kids….yeah, I’ll be busy.

If you’ve made it this far, I’d like to ask that you consider either donating to DaTechGuy or buying one of his books on Amazon. Leftist extremists’ pour money into their fake news organizations and make it hard for those of us willing to write and publish to make a living. Buying what we write and engaging with us online helps build that support community that we need. It’s not enough to not watch CNN or stop buying coffee from Starbucks…you have to take that money and put it to good use elsewhere. Think of it as you’re helping to prop up the folks punching back against the mainstream narrative…you may not be able to do the punching yourself, but you can support those that do, and it’ll make a difference. Even better, more money for the smaller groups of individuals forces Republican lawmakers to take them more seriously. It’s a slow and imperfect process, but its far better than donating to the Republican general fund and praying for results.

My only other ask is you get out and vote this year, and seriously consider volunteering as a poll watcher. I assisted on Governor Youngkin’s campaign in a small way, and it was because many of us went door-to-door and supervised voting booths that he swept in and kept Virginia from going overboard on blue policies. Yes, it requires you to get off your couch, stop commenting on social media and start doing something useful. Your opponents are doing this in droves, and our institutions will crumble unless good people stand up to take them back.

And if you think “I’m in a red state, it can’t happen to me,” remember that your opponents aren’t content to leave you alone…they will come after you until you bend the knee…just look at the Jewish students being hunted on college campuses if you need an example.

Take care, fight the good fight, and always punch back twice as hard!

This past weekend my family and I had to be on the road at the ridiculously early time of 5 am.  We decided to buy a dozen donuts the day before so we could get a quick start, and not have to get up even earlier than necessary.  I was absolutely flabbergasted when the cashier informed me that the dozen donuts would cost $23.  That was twice the price I paid for a dozen donuts at the same establishment just a year ago.

I was quite outraged over the drastic price increase.  I did not take out my anger at the cashier because I know that store employees have absolutely nothing to do with our nation’s inflation crisis.   I wonder how many customers vent their rage at these hard-working individuals who are absolutely blameless.

The next time we need to be up at an ungodly hour we will not be buying a dozen donuts.  We will seek a much cheaper alternative.  We no longer eat at McDonalds, or any other fast food restaurants, because $20 is way too much for a value meal. Also, we have drastically cut back on our pizza purchases.

We are far from alone when it comes to scaling back on our eating out.

American consumers love their fast food but price hikes are preventing them from enjoying a burger or burrito as often as in years past.

Traffic to big fast food chains has dropped 3.5 percent in the first three months of 2024, compared to 2023. McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Popeyes, Pizza Hut, and Chipotle have likely sold millions fewer burgers, pizzas and burritos.

How long before Bidenomics causes a complete collapse of the fast food industry?  It probably won’t be too far in the future.
