As I noted yesterday twitter has once again upheld my appeal of their 3rd lockdown of me over the Benford’s law post that they’ve been auto locking people over for a week but I noticed something interesting about my latest appeal and reversal.

Take a look at the time stamps on getting my appeal and it being approved.

Here is the stamp of my appeal being reieved

and here is the time stamp of their apology

I submit and suggest that this is now the process at twitter concerning this link

  1. Falsely flag the Benford law’s post to repress it and lock out those who send it out & accuse them falsely of distributing “intimate images without consent” Not only does it discourage the tweet or retweet of the material but it allows them to mark said material unavailable during this time.
  2. When the lock down period is over offer to let them back in if they delete the tweet (thus acknowledging “guilt” and making their account for violating rules giving them a cause to later ban such a person)
  3. if they refuse and appeal set up an auto system to say they made an “error” Sort of like an auto correct.
  4. Return to #1 if you tweet it again

This process involves a series of falsehoods & dishonorable actions by the crew at twitter.

  1. Falsely flagging said link as some type of intimate image without consent
  2. Falsely (and automatically) accusing users in writing of spreading intimate images without consent.
  3. Falsely flagging people who delete said tweets as having broken said rules
  4. Falsely claiming to review appeals
  5. Falsely claiming (in writing) that they have reviewed said appeal and that all of this has been an “error”.
  6. And Falsely apologizing for said “error” with the full intention of repeating it if you dare send out that tweet again.

Now if I expected better from these folks I might be disappointed, after all there is a reason why so many have left this platform or have gone elsewhere, and some have asked why I don’t to the same. Why do I bother to keep fighting this fight here?

My answer is for the same reason I haven’t moved out of Massachusetts. Someone has to make the fight and while with all of this on automatic it doesn’t even amount to the pinprick in the Elephant’s hide I am able to illustrate to the avg person their perfidy and point out that there is no reason to suppose that they will not turn this on them if they so choose.

It’s a small flag I grant you but I’ll carry it.

Update: Welcome Whatfinger readers, take a look around at both my stuff and the stuff from my magnificent seven writers and don’t miss today’s piece: “Mr. Ness, everybody knows where the booze is. The problem isn’t finding it, the problem is who wants to cross Capone.”

Here is the text of the appeal I submitted for this third lockdown in one week for retweeting the link to benford’s law

Not only is this the 3rd time you have falsely & baselessly accused me of tweeting “privately produced/distributed intimate media of someone without their consent” when I’ve retweeted this post on Benford’s statistical law but it’s the 2nd time you’ve done so AFTER APOLOGIZING FOR THE 1ST LOCKOUT AND SAYING IT WAS IN ERROR.

Not only are you slandering me in writing I might add but after the last time I won my appeal I tweeted you that I’d be retweeting this in 50 hours and updated you several times that I was going to do so.

Yet you locked me anyways and again made false accusations against me in writing. If the first time was in error what was the second, or the third. I’d call it deliberate malfeasance and that’s the most tame description I can think of

Now if you are so terrified about people seeing statistical evidence that Joe Biden’s “magic ballots” are just that have the courage to state you will not allow such evidence to be shown. Stop falsely accusing me of putting out ” privately produced/distributed intimate media of someone without their consent”

It’s just this type of deceitful and dishonorable behavior that makes your brand distrusted by half the population.

I will not delete the tweet in question nor will I submit. The only question is will you actually play by your own rules or is there a different set for those whose politics you don’t like?

You’re CEO has sworn under oath that this is not so, your repeated actions toward me this last week suggest he’s a liar.

I think a better word for that last sentence would have been “confirmed” rather than “suggest” but I guess I’m just too polite a guy

Nicky Santoro: [voice-over] So the day of the arraignment they had this meeting right at the back of the courthouse. See when something like this happens you know how things are going to work out. It’s always better with no witnesses. So what about Andy?

Vinny Forlano: He won’t talk. Stone is a good kid. Stand-up guy, just like his old man. That’s the way I see it.

Vincent Borelli: I agree. He’s solid. A fuckin’ Marine.

Americo Capelli: He’s okay. He always was. Remo, what do you think?

Remo Gaggi: Look… why take a chance? At least, that’s the way I feel about it.

Casino 1995

Yesterday I mentioned that the Democrat bosses who decided to go all in on election fraud would not stop at murder to keep from being exposed.

While I was referring to the use of Antifa thugs I think there is a second, no less fatal outcome that will be playing out.

Consider this scene from the Movie Casino:

Here is the key text of that exchange in case the clip gets pulled

Ace Rothstein: Four reels, sevens across on three $15,000 jackpots. Do you have any idea what the odds are?

Don Ward: Shoot, it’s gotta be in the millions, maybe more.

Ace Rothstein: Three fuckin’ jackpots in 20 minutes? Why didn’t you pull the machines? Why didn’t you call me?

Don Ward: Well, it happened so quick, 3 guys won; I didn’t have a chance…

Ace Rothstein: [interrupts] You didn’t see the scam? You didn’t see what was going on?

Don Ward: Well, there’s no way to determine that…

Ace Rothstein: Yes there is! An infallible way, they won!

Don Ward: Well, it’s a casino! People gotta win sometimes.

Ace Rothstein: [grows more irritated] Ward, you’re pissing me off. Now you’re insulting my intelligence; what you think I am, a fuckin’ idiot? You know goddamn well that someone had to get into those machines and set those fuckin’ reels. The probability of one four-reel machine is a million and a half to one; the probability of three machines in a row; it’s in the billions! It cannot happen, would not happen, you fuckin’ momo! What’s the matter with you? Didn’t you see you were being set up on the second win?

And this tweet from Scott Adams

There is a reason why Twitter and Facebook and other platforms are in full censorship mode on stuff like benfords law or why a bbc story on how to spot election fraud is accessible by archive today , it’s because Joe Biden #magicballotsTM business is easily understandable by the avg person. And if you think they’re scared now wait till the president starts going on the road to make his case to the American People while presenting his case to the courts.

And now we’re seeing both Rudy and Trump state that they have whistleblowers lined up to talk. Combined with the statistical evidence and and all else they have a good shot, not a great shot of winning at the state level in court but a much better chance at convincing the legislators which is the 2nd path.

But either way there is a problem. No matter what happens with the case a lot of scrutiny is being brought onto the existing fraud that has been going on for years and such stuff can’t stand that kind of thing.

And that becomes a problem for the bosses, because it’s not like they were bringing in the ballots or filling them out themselves. There are a lot of grunts who did the leg work involved here and all of those grunts are potential witnesses to federal offenses.

And that means they are a danger to the bosses. Cue Casino

Now do a expect a bunch of bullet ridden bodies all over the place? Nope (maybe one or two who live in gang area who are “unexpectedly” caught in gang crossfire.

But I DO expect a sudden outbreak of what I call “Jeffrey Epstein disease”. I expect to see “accidents”. I expect to see “suicides”. And I expect to see people unfortunately succumb to the Covid virus all of ordinary people who might seem insignificant but who upon investigation turn out to have had potential knowledge of what went down.

There’s actually two ironies here:

  1. These people are not in danger from the millions of very heavily armed Trump voters disgusted by their stealing of a federal election, but by their political and financial friends on whose behalf they stole it.
  2. The people who are actually safest are the current whistle-blowers and any future ones who come forward in the next couple of weeks because they will have the protection of the POTUS and if there is one bit of optics that the left media DOESN’T want it’s people who have gone under oath concerning the magic ballots & election fraud getting killed.

Even the most dense leftist in denial would understand what that means.

If you want to know what the difference is between those of us on the right who insist that we make sure that legal votes rather than Magic BallotsTM decide election 2020 here it is

There you have it.

The Task

I’m no fool I know That the Trump campaign has to

  1. Provide proof of both vote fraud and fraudulent ballots to the courts along with actions done to facilitate the same
  2. Convince the various state courts that the level of fraud is so egregious that it requires a remedy to counter it
  3. Win at SCOTUS either on appeal of a ruling(s) against them or in defense of a ruling(s) for them.

OR

  1. Provide proof of both vote fraud and fraudulent ballots to the state legislatures along with actions done to facilitate the same
  2. Convince the state legislatures of the said states that the level of fraud is so egregious that it is justified to send an alternate slate of electors with the full pressure of the national media and violent Antifa pushing back
  3. Win the House vote (which is done by state) with the full pressure of the national media left put on the members

Scott Adams and Jay Valentine not withstanding I understand that only easy job of either of those lists is step one. While a failure to win in court won’t be from lack of effort the odds certainly are not in favor of the President any more than they were with Tom Brady in the 3rd quarter of Superbowl Fifty One. So if in the end he loses in court and Biden is sworn in I’ll be pissed perhaps even outraged but I’ll accept the result.

Now contrast that with what she is saying. She knows that it is going to take pretty strong evidence of fraud for the courts to side with the president and it’s going to take a lot of gumption for the state legislatures to be willing to stand up to the onslaught that the left will provide. Absent such evidence any chance of a Trump victory is a pipe dream.

Yet if the courts and/or the legislatures find that is the case, if they determine that there was not only fraud & illegality but enough to the extent that a remedy that eventually leads to Donald Trump being re-elected she is unwilling to commit to accepting said result.

I have to say I was surprised and even disappointed at her answer. Given the odds in her favor (and let’s not pretend they aren’t) it should have been an easy thing for her to make such a statement.

That she will not tells you bluntly that the left doesn’t care if this election was stolen, they don’t care if the process is subverted, they don’t are about illegality, they care about power, period!

Act accordingly.
