It is safe to say that the successful theft of the 2020 presidential election by the Democrats has greatly emboldened them.  It took an amazing amount of effort by state and local Democrat officials, both elected and those that volunteered. The Democrats in the House of Representatives are now attempting to codify all of the dirty tricks they used into a rather odorous piece of legislation they refer to as “For the People Act.”  If it passes Republicans will find it extremely difficult to win future federal elections.

The For the People Act is described in great detail in this National Review article.  Here is their analysis of the bill:

H.R. 1 would federalize and micromanage the election process administered by the states, imposing unnecessary, unwise, and unconstitutional mandates on the states and reversing the decentralization of the American election process—which is essential to the protection of our liberty and freedom..

It is important to keep in mind the Democrat Party is now controlled by the most radical leftists who want to dominate all aspects of the lives of every American.

For the remaining portion of this article I will copy provisions from the National Review and add my own analysis.  All emphasis was added by the author of the original article.

It would implement nationwide the worst changes in election rules that occurred during the 2020 election and go even further in eroding and eliminating basic security protocols that states have in place. The bill would interfere with the ability of states and their citizens to determine the qualifications and eligibility of voters, to ensure the accuracy of voter registration rolls, to secure the fairness and integrity of elections, to participate and speak freely in the political process, and to determine the district boundary lines for electing their representatives.

Just about the entire bill is unconstitutional.  The States are granted the authority under the Constitution to set the time, place, and details of state and federal elections.  The federal government is granted a supervisory role only, leaving the states to actually manage the elections.

Seize the authority of states to regulate voter registration and the voting process by forcing states to implement early voting, automatic voter registration, same-day registration, online voter registration, and no-fault absentee balloting.

All of these provisions have been used extensively in blue states to make sure the Democrat party will continue to hold power even if the population of the state changes to Republican.

Make it easier to commit fraud and promote chaos at the polls through same-day registration, as election officials would have no time to verify the accuracy of voter registration information and the eligibility of an individual to vote and could not anticipate the number of ballots and precinct workers that would be needed at specific polling locations.

It is so obvious that these provisions will make election fraud by Democrats so much more easy. It would not be possible to verify any of the same day registrations.  Individuals could travel from polling location to location and those ineligible to vote in elections would do so easily.

I was going to add analysis after each section explaining why each would make future theft of elections easier but there is no need.  I changed my mind because it is so obvious to anyone.

Degrade the accuracy of registration lists by requiring states to automatically register all individuals (as opposed to “citizens”) from state and federal databases, such as state Departments of Motor Vehicles, corrections and welfare offices, and federal agencies such as the Social Security Administration, the Department of Labor, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services of the Department of Health and Human Services. This would register large numbers of ineligible voters, including aliens, and cause multiple or duplicate registrations of the same individuals and put federal agencies in charge of determining a person’s domicile for voting purposes (as well as that individual’s taxing state).

Constitute a recipe for massive voter registration fraud by hackers and cyber criminals through online voter registration that is not tied to an existing state record, such as a driver’s license.

Mandate no-fault absentee ballots, which are the tool of choice for vote thieves. It would ban witness signature or notarization requirements for absentee ballots; force states to accept absentee ballots received up to 10 days after Election Day as long as they are postmarked by Election Day; and require states to allow vote trafficking (vote harvesting) so that any third parties—including campaign staffers and political consultants—can pick up and deliver absentee ballots.

Prevent election officials from checking the eligibility and qualifications of voters and removing ineligible voters. This includes restrictions on using the U.S. Postal Service’s national change-of-address system to verify the address of registered voters; participating in state programs that compare voter registration lists to detect individuals registered in multiple states; or ever removing registrants due to a failure to vote no matter how much time has elapsed.

Ban state voter ID laws by forcing states to allow individuals to vote without an ID and merely signing a statement in which they claim they are who they say they are.

Expand regulation and government censorship of campaigns and political activity and speech, including online and policy-related speech. H.R. 1 would impose onerous legal and administrative compliance burdens and costs on candidates, citizens, civic groups, unions, corporations, and nonprofit organizations.

Transfer the right to draw congressional districts from state legislatures to “independent” commissions whose members are unaccountable to voters.

Limit access to federal courts for anyone challenging H.R. 1. The bill would prohibit the filing of any lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of H.R. 1 anywhere except in the District Court for the District of Columbia and would allow the court to order all plaintiffs and intervenors, regardless of their number (such as all 50 states), “to file joint papers or to be represented by a single attorney at oral argument,” severely limiting the legal representation and due process rights of challengers.

If the Republicans in the Senate cave and do not filibuster this legislation so it does not pass when comes up for a vote, that will be stupidest move they could ever make.  I was going to say that even the Republican establishment could not be spineless or dumb enough to not stand up strongly against this abominations, but I am no longer sure.  If the Democrats pass this through reconciliation or other dirty tricks it would be another coup, one that would be nearly impossible to reverse.

With the ratification of the Constitution the United States became a Constitutional Republic.  Under that form of government the Constitution was the supreme law of the land,  As a Constitutional Republic the United States enjoyed more than 200 years as the freest and most prosperous nation that ever existed.  That all came to on end on January 6th when the fraudulent election of Joe Biden was certified by a joint session of the United States Congress.  There are many safeguards built into the United States Constitution that were meant to prevent the fraudulent election of president.  All of those safeguards were ignored by a plethora of corrupt or cowardly politicians.  With that the Constitutional Republic known as the the United States died.  It will most likely be replaced by a socialist democracy bearing the same name.

Our Constitutional Republic died because a gaggle of corrupt Democratic politicians and election officials in Democrat cities in six states decided that they would work very hard to steal the presidential election for Joe Biden.  These thieves were aided by the corrupt Democrat propaganda arm known as the mainstream media, their fascist thugs that crush descent by silencing conservatives on the social media sites that they control, and the company who made the voting machines.  If you do not believe the election was stolen I strongly recommend you augment the websites you get your news from with websites that actually report the news accurately.

Our Constitutional Republic died because the Republican legislatures who controlled, I believe five out of the six of the stolen states, certified the fraudulent election results.  In most cases they failed to investigate the widespread fraud.

Our Constitutional Republic died because the judicial branch on the state and federal level failed to do its constitutional duty when faced with an obviously fraudulent election.  For too many decades courts all across the Untied States have been packed with partisan hacks instead of jurists.  Liberal partisan hacks are by far the worst.

Our Constitutional Republic died because the Republican party is made up of far too many cowards who almost never do the right thing.  Their cowardly behavior was on full display during the joint session of congress where only seven Republican Senators voted against certifying the fraud and about a hundred or so in the House.

Our Constitutional Republic died because the Supreme Court failed to carry out its constitutionally mandated duty regarding fraudulent elections.  They chose to dismiss the election fraud cases on technicalities.  The three Trump appointed justices displayed a remarkable amount of cowardice.

Our Constitutional Republic died because we allowed progressives to take over our colleges and universities.  For far too many decades college students were brainwashed into hating our Constitution.  Far too few of us understand what a remarkable gift that document is, or understand the true meaning of any of its clauses..

Our Constitutional Republic died because civics is no longer taught in our grade schools and high schools.  It was replaced by progressive indoctrination known as social studies.

Our Constitutional Republic died because we the people chose not to do anything about the rampant election fraud.  We allowed our elected officials to do nothing to stop it.  We allowed ourselves to be locked down and cower in silence because of fear over the Coronavirus.  There is so much we the people could have done non violently to stop the fraud.  Far too few of us acted in any meaningful manner.

Over the past many decades both parties have almost completely ignored the Constitution, although the Democrats were the worst. Now that the Progressives are in full control of the presidency and both houses of congress they will dismantle all remaining vestiges of constitutional restraint. Because they got away with the theft they will do it over and over again. They will incorporate the election fraud into federal election law. They will eliminate the filibuster and stack the Supreme Court with the most liberal justices.

For the past few days I’ve been struggling to come up with an idea for this week’s article but I’ve just got too much anger and disappointment coursing through my mind which is making concentration difficult.

I am so absolutely outraged that so far all of the efforts to derail the theft of the presidential election by Joe Biden supporters have fallen short, leaving only increasingly desperate measures left.

The failure by the Supreme Court to even hear the lawsuit brought about by Texas, and signed on to by more than twenty other states, was a particularly staggering blow.  It appears that the Supreme Court is not going to lift a finger to even investigate the all too obvious theft of the election by Democrats.  It was a particularly cruel blow when all three of the Trump appointed justices failed to vote to hear the case.

What is most disheartening to me is the absolutely spineless response by Republican law makers on the federal and state level.  This election is being stolen, where’s the outrage?  Why aren’t the Republicans on any and all news broadcasts and holding  nonstop TV news conferences demanding a full investigation and complete audit of all six battleground states?  Are the Republicans too afraid of bad press and provoking riots by those on the left that they are almost silently letting this outrage happen?

The dramatic turn to the left by Fox News was a particularly nasty surprise. I watched the coverage by Fox News on election night and it made me sick.  So few people are even aware of the rampant election fraud and other election shenanigans that took place simply because the mainstream refuse to admit that it happened.

I believe that we the people, rather than some level of the government, are the only agents who will prevent this election from being stolen.  Non violent mass protests are the key. The two massive Trump rallies that took place in Washington DC are a good start but much larger and more sustained rallies are needed and they are needed fast.  They need to take place across this nation. I’m afraid that there is too much fear and apathy for that to happen.

I am still worried that this whole situation could spiral out of control into violence as we get closer to Inauguration Day.  The stakes are just to high and the theft of the of the election was just so egregious.  I see a lot of calls for an actual civil war by those on the right on social media.  I hope and pray that I am worrying needlessly about the possibility of violence.

Given Mitch McConnell’s statement warning GOP senators not to challenge electors and force a senate vote I can’t see any incentive for GOP voters to turn out on January 5th for Kelly Loeffner or David Perdue unless they immediately and publicly vow to challenge said electors on the 6th if elected.

Both candidates should be made to commit to do so before a single conservative consents to vote for them.

Apparently Mitch McConnell would rather be the Senate Minority Leader for at least two years rather be majority leader and have his caucus have to vote to challenge electors in a fraudulent election.

Odd that the Democrats are not pushing for such a challenge by the GOP if it will be so fatal for the party isn’t it?

Joe Biden gave a key speech this week and managed only 52K live viewers watching it.

This is in the middle of a pandemic with people stuck at home after supposedly getting 80 million votes

Apparently the mythical Joe Biden voters who gave him the election are like Mayflies they exist and show activity for one day a year and then disappear.

I found these paragraphs from the WSJ piece on advertisers and the NFL amusing:

But this year, NFL ratings have taken a hit as pandemic-related postponements have pushed some games to less desirable times and the coronavirus has sidelined some star players. Unexpected competition from other sports leagues whose seasons were delayed from earlier in the year also has taken a toll on ratings.

You have to go to paragraph 20 for the journal to get to the actual reason

Much of the ratings drop is attributed to the 2020 presidential election coverage siphoning away viewers and the pandemic’s wreaking havoc on the league. Aside from reschedulings and some sidelined stars, the league has faced a backlash from some fans over its social justice efforts, including its embrace of Black Lives Matter. These factors are compounded by the secular decline of traditional TV viewing, in which ratings have been eroded by the uptick in ad-free streaming services.

Shades of “Only in paragraph on page 107“.

I saw something that made me laugh out loud on twitter yesterday:

Let me introduce you to Vin Gupta Twitter blue check

As you can see Vin is, in addition to a doctor, a NBC news and MSNBC news analyst and he had some big news.

Perhaps he should have also expressed some gratitude on the President who put Operation Warp Speed in place which made it possible.

Of course his gigs on NBC & MSNBC depend on him not doing so. After all “Do no Harm” as a rule for doctors has been replaced by “do no harm to Democrat election prospects”

Unexpectedly of course

Finally As I was writing this post an old tweet of mine from two years ago was retweeted and I found it particularly apt for what might be coming.

If there is a more important reminder to those who would enslave us I can’t think of it. I think it’s also worth pointing out that Democrat efforts to convince such heavily armed people that participating in the Democratic Process of a republic is a waste of time by openly stealing an election is short sighted and dangerous.
