…I’m looking all over the web this morning and I don’t see a thing on TV or that is of the least bit interesting. The Number #1 story on memorandum is Sullivan attacking Glenn Reynolds as a racist for daring to blow up (not even photoshop) an image in the White House Flicker basket.
Expect Charles Johnson to follow shortly, what has happened to those halcyon days of the four of the Ablogalypse?
Those happy days of 2003
Only Reynolds remains unchanging, as he was death it seems quite appropriate.
My thought on this; were stamps really 32 cents in 2003?
Update: Here is a question: Who would be the four horsemen today? I say Robert Stacy, Michelle Malkin and the Captain would join Glenn. (Ed Morrissey will always be the Captain to me).

Two quick comments on Baldilocks post

concerning Blacks and the federal government.
It is worth noting that the Communist governments took advantage of the civil rights failings of the United States to critique the country. This was done in the context of the cold war, anyone with any knowledge of communism and its history knows that the words “Soviet Union” and “Civil Rights” don’t go together.
It is however important because the lip service they gave had international implications, because of this I understand Black academics reluctance to oppose these governments. They are paying back a supposed debt, personally I think that debt is long since paid but it’s up to them to figure it out.
Secondly and I know this is a bit of snark, but it is funny to note that this is Baldilocks 15th instalanche and her 2nd since the a certain green with envy blogger banned her and last saw one.
Life is funny that way.

…you might recall how after Glenn Reynolds liked to the book: Lube Jobs: A Woman’s Guide to Great Maintenance Sex. I posted on how suddenly 27% of the people who went to that page were buying Culture of Corruption and said:
So two hours after Glenn links to a book on sex suddenly 27% of the people who go to that page are buying culture of corruption.
I wonder how many people who would normally go to that page would see a link to Michelle’s book?
It will be interesting to check this page out in a day or so to see what happens.
That was back on Sept 9th. One week later I checked again, it is only down to 25%.
Even Amazon can not resist the power of the instalance.
