If we had known he wanted a new car that badly, we all would have chipped in and bought him one.

I have argued more than once that if the left had not stolen the 2020 election they would have been done with Donald Trump by now and the deep state’s business as usual would have been able to continue without a problem. Now John Conlin at the American Thinker is pointing out all the ways that the steal of the election in 2020 was a blessing in disguise for the country and a disaster to those trying to destroy it.

The blatant politicization of the DoJ, FBI, CIA, IRS, military, judiciary, etc. — really almost every aspect of the federal government — has been laid bare for all to see. For many of these folks, the concept of equal justice under the law is something they discarded long ago. Many states are as bad or worse.

For years, DEI has been destroying institutions and companies across the board. That is ending now.

Institutions of supposed “higher” education have revealed themselves to be little more than dumbing-down indoctrination centers. Much of public K-12 education has been shown to be the same. The school choice movement is now unstoppable.

All of these things had been proceeding quietly since the Obama years and even before, but now the lid has been blown off them all and the American people are seeing things as they are. Conlin again

These institutions were this way before, but this period has removed all doubt. And before one can begin to address an illness, one must first accept the reality of the disease. We have done that.

The path forward won’t be a straight one. It will probably involve a lot of “2 steps forward, 1 step back,” but we have bottomed out. The future might look far different than today, but history will show this was the high water mark for socialism, communism, big government, gender insanity, and a whole lot more.

And we owe this awakening to the “loss” of a stolen election, which is turning out to be a wonderous win.

I’m surprised that he didn’t mention what was to me one of the biggest changes. The MSM insisting and demanding that people believe that Joe Biden was completely fine. Was it not just four months ago that they were telling Americans that if you believed he wasn’t sharp as a knife that you were spreading disinformation? They’re very public exposure as a pack of liars before even the most credulous fool is the straw that broke the back of their power.

I suspect if the left knew what it knew now it might have done things different but hey they did get 4 years of good stealing.

It may be that even seeing and knowing all this the American people may still willingly walk into the hell of a Kamala presidency, but if they do it will be with eyes wide open rather than having tyranny quietly imposed on them.

All of these were only made possible by the steal. It has turned out to be a blessing in disguise, although I admit, it was a pretty good disguise.

3rd Doctor:: You went back to change history, but you didn’t change anything. You became a part of it.
Monia: What are you talking about?
3rd Doctor: If Styles didn’t cause that explosion, somebody else did.
Anat: Well, obviously, but who? Shura!
3rd Doctor: Isn’t that exactly what he would have done? One last suicidal attempt to carry out his orders?
Monia: It’s possible, I suppose.
3rd Doctor: You’re trapped in a temporal paradox! Styles didn’t cause that explosion and start the wars. You did it yourselves.

RFK & Trump 8/23/24 Youtube screen capture

Yesterday there was a moment in the 2024 election that a lot of people never thought they’d see

And spoke to the crowd as to why he was there and had decided to join team Trump

The most incredible thing about the RFK JR. Endorsement of Donald Trump yesterday is that it was completely preventable by the Democrat party and all those who are now freaking out over this development.

Consider, at the time when RFK Jr. announced he was seeking the Democrat nomination the people who are actually running this country today (we still don’t know who that is do we) knew that Joe Biden was no longer (if he was ever) fit to hold office. They knew that five minutes in New Hampshire would reveal this, so they did all they could to keep Kennedy off the Democrat ballot, likely because they knew that while a Democrat, he would insist on actually being president.

So they did all they could to keep him off the Democrat ballot until Kennedy was forced to run as an independent, thus giving people who hated both Trump and Biden an alternative.

Even then they treated him horrible, despite the history of assassination in the Kennedy family they refused to give him secret service protection only yielding when Trump, having narrowly avoided an assassin’s bullet publicly called them out on it

When they could no longer hide Biden’s decline it was an even better situation for Democrats because while people really didn’t like Vice President Kamala Harris they didn’t hate her the way some hated Trump.

But that wasn’t enough, they did all they could to keep RFK off the ballot in states and hamper his campaign in every way possible, he addressed this in his speech withdrawing from the race:

And thus here we are now with Trump and RFK Jr. talking all the wind out of Kamala’s sails. Kamala faked having a special guest at her convention speech while Trump had a real one.

But consider for a moment what would have happened if the Democrat party had allowed RFK JR. to run in the Democrat primaries?

The Joe Biden is sharp and healthy canard would have been exposed a year early and Democrats would have had a real primary, Kennedy having a big head start would have likely won or at the very least if he lost endorsed whoever beat him in the primaries.

Just imagine the differences:

  • Think of what the Democrat convention would have looked like if RFK Jr. rather than Kamala had been on that stage
  • Imagine the whole “Return of Camelot” theme they MSM would have gone with
  • Imagine a person who could actually separate himself from the Joe Biden
  • Imagine RFK Jr. facing Trump in debates instead of Biden or Kamala
  • And best of all imagine the media not being exposed for the Biden cover-up

If I’m the Democrat party chair, I’d have liked my odds in November against Trump head to head with RFK as the nominee this fall, and if nothing else I’d like my odds a whole lot better than my odds with Kamala.

That could have been the conversation today instead it’s Donald Trump campaigning with RFK and addressing the issues that Kennedy cares about.

The real irony in the quandary that the Democrats find themselves in today is that it was completely preventable and only driven by the bad, dishonest and dishonorable decisions that they choose to make.

I’m having a hard time not laughing.

Update: Talk about mistakes RFK rebuffed by Kamala

Following my first discussion with President Trump, I all tried, unsuccessfully, to open similar discussions with Vice President Harris. Vice President Harris declined to meet or even to speak with me.

All it might have taken was one meeting to prevent this:

Like I said, they did this to themselves.

CBS’ popular series Young Sheldon has been trending on twitter/X last night because the character of George Cooper, Sheldon’s Dad excellently played by Lane Smith was killed off by a heart attack.

It was very realistic in the sense there wasn’t a lot of “drama” involved. No big scene with him, nobody else around, he left for work that morning heading for his job in the knowledge that he had just achieved what has to be the dream of every high school football coach in Texas, being recruited to coach at the college level and just like that he was gone, all of his plans and the plans of his family eliminated in an instant.

All over twitter all kinds of users were in mourning even though it had been established by the parent series “The Big Bang Theory” that Sheldon’s dad died when he was 14. Everyone knew it was coming, although perhaps they figured it was coming next week or they and the fictitious Cooper would get a chance to say goodbye. The series writer Chuck Lorre who has a history of leaving endcards at the end of his shows left this one:

In case you can’t read the print:

Eighteen years ago , when we were writing and producing The Big Bang Theory, it seemed like a good idea to imagine that Sheldon’s childhood was deeply disrupted by the loss of his father. No one could have thought that someday we would regret that decision. That someday is now.

There were a lot of tears on stage when this episode’s last scene was shot. A reminder that we had all fallen in love with a fictional character Which is itself, a reminder to love the characters in our live who are real. To do otherwise is to live with regret

While I agree with the sentiment I found it rather ironic considering this story from a few days ago concerning Chris Cuomo late of CNN, apparently having nasty side effects from the COVID Vaccine and is taking ivermectin daily, the same drug that the administration along with practically the entire media and entertainment industry and CNN insisted was only for horses and urged the public to avoid.

His admissions drew a nasty rebuke from Gino Carano one of the many people tarred as “anti-vaxers” over questioning the shots, an excerpt:

You were a part of one the most powerful news organizations in the world and you bullied and shamed the genuine questions from the public that you were supposed to be offering unbiased news to. Instead, you all called them “anti vaxxers” and “alt right extremists”. Don’t try and change the story now. Show some humility. People weren’t allowed to sit next to their loved ones as they died because of the propaganda you spread! This phase in major news media history will go down as one of the most embarrassing, destructive moments that cost people’s lives and careers, broke up families and destroyed our economy. You don’t look like a hero now, you look arrogant with no idea how deep this goes for the people this destroyed.

What’s even more ironic, news that Astra Zenica has withdrawn its COVID vaccine from the market insisting it has nothing to do with any side effects. Perish the thought!

I bring this up because the grief of the cooper family that so many are commenting on and sharing is the same grief that the families of the 1483 young athletes who had sudden heart attacks and died after receiving the COVID vaccine and of thousands and thousands of others who have “died suddenly” since the push for the vaccine and the push against ivermectin.

Now for the record Mr. Lorre while supporting Joe Biden, did not attack people who didn’t take the vaccine (putting up a single vanity card making a joke about side vaccine side effects) and I can’t find a single entry in his cards containing the word: “ivermectin”

But I DO wonder how many people in mourning over George Cooper online were part of the crowd that pressured people into taking the COVID vaccines, who went after people who recommend ivermectin, who were part of the crowd who tired to cancel Joe Rogan for speaking the truth about this subject?

I wonder how many of them were hiring managers who would not let people work if they didn’t get the vax, I wonder how many of them were people involved in decision making that penalized and ostracized folks in the medical profession who spoke out about the safety of Ivermectin and how many if they were not part of that decision making crowd, merely added their voices online in support of the treatment of any who dared strayed from the orthodoxly of the message pushed every day by the media, the administration and the left?

I wonder if such people have any grief for all those families whose suffering and grief are real and question, even for a tiny moment, if they had any the slightest part in enabling that suffering and reflect on it.

I suspect such number are few but for those who are self aware enough, particularly those who had the power over others and made decisions that cost lives, be aware forgiveness for these acts is a single sacramental confession away.

I am so glad I wasn’t drinking anything when I read this:

PA leaders are pleased with the anti-Israel protests at American universities but are unwilling to tolerate similar demonstrations at their own universities, fearing that they could be used by Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) to create instability and insecurity.

In recent weeks, PA security officers have been removing Hamas flags from electricity poles in villages and towns in the West Bank. PA security forces have also foiled attempts by some students to set up encampments at Palestinian campuses similar to the ones at Columbia University and other campuses in the United States.

So let me get this straight. As far as the Palestinian Authority in the west bank is concerned here in the US it’s perfectly OK to target Jews to tear down the US flag and fly the Palestinian flag instead and to blockade and occupy college buildings, property and even set up checkpoint to restrict people in support of Hamas and to oppose any of that stuff is “islamophobic”

If however you are in lands that are actually controlled by the Palestinian Authority, well we can’t have that since it might help Hamas who they really don’t like much anyways.

Oddly I don’t think I’ve heard a single member of the press or congress who have been defending these “protests” in the US object one bit to their repression by Palestinians in the area where they wish to create a Palestinian state.

Discuss.
