Protest on Main street tomorrow

Newly re-elected city counselor-at-large Rosemary Reynolds (who won the seat held by Annie DiMartino) attended a meeting of Mass Right to Life in Fitchburg and informed them that Planned Parenthood will NOT be attending the Tuesday city counsel meeting on the 2nd.

Supposedly this is due to a key official of PP not being able to make it.

I wouldn’t put it past them to try to “deke” people in order to keep the turnout down so I think I’ll show up anyway.

The group will also hold a protest on main street tomorrow. I’m sure that will re-assure the remaining merchants on main street that PP won’t hurt business.

One side thought. The one Mosque in Fitchburg is located on main street. As Islam generally opposes abortion I wonder if the local Muslim community will be joining this protest?

Oh fyi the “re-elected” refers to her previous time on the city counsel.

Answer: Because it doesn’t involve actual courage or physical risk

Q: Why is George Monbiot spending his time trying to “apprehend” people like Tony Blair and John Bolton instead of people like say Lloyd Woodson or Mohammed Bouyeri?

It’s the same reason why human shields always deploy against the US and Israel but never against the people they fight and the same reason why people who are fearless about outraging Christian sensibilities shrink from tweaking Islam.

…as what appears to be a terrorist attack waiting to happen is stopped!

Somerset County investigators seized a cache of weapons including a grenade launcher and hundreds of rounds of ammunition today from the Branchburg motel room of a Virginia man, who also had maps of a U.S. military facility and an out-of-state civilian community.

As the police are asking for help if anyone has any information it’s our duty to remind people how to spot the Flemish menace if it comes to your town!

…that’s a red herring to throw us off the track. After all the media or government wouldn’t ignore a mid-east or islamic connection if it existed, would they?

While the left goes after the Brown family for videos, spreads and Dads tweaking daughters nobody but Atlas seems to have comment on this:

A 16 year-old girl may lose her eye as punishment for chatting on MSN. Caught while she was on the computer one day in December, she was beaten and held prisoner in the family apartment in the Raguenets housing project in Saint-Gratien (Val d’Oise). The victim was punished by her two brothers had with the approval of their strict Muslim parents. The four of them had held a family counsel to escape from legal consequences. Yesterday, the brothers and parents were arraigned before a magistrate in the court of Pontoise, charged with deliberate violence, sequestration for more than seven days, and depriving the victim of medical treatment.
