…if you want a no fly zone in Libya, is there anything stopping you from using your own jets to make one?

    Well, for starters, the only competent air force in the region belongs to. . .wait for it. . .Israel.
    From a purely passive aggressive standpoint, it makes more sense for the ME knuckleheads to goad the US into expending our resources, rather than having ME air forces
    a) risk looking stupid, and
    b) pulling the trigger on other Muslims.
