If I am a “white supremacist blogger,” as Johnson now insists, why didn’t he see fit to warn anyone about this prior to my coming to the defense of Pamela Geller, Robert Spencer and others after Charles had smeared them?
Charles Johnson deliberately misformed his readers about Geller et al. for months before I first spoke out against his cruel and unjust defamation. The one thing he doesn’t want deluded LGF readers to discover is the true history of his vicious campaign of lies against conservatives who supported European opponents of jihad.
Johnson smeared Geller over and over again, and savagely maligned anyone who defended her. It was the sheer sadism of Johnson’s assault on her that caused me to speak out.
Apparently the importance to expose that racist, neo confederate and White supremacist Evil that is Robert Stacy McCain was so great that Charles waited until Robert Stacy McCain posted 5,071 entries on his blog on his blog before exposing him.
He was so outraged by Glenn Reynolds linking to him that he waited until his 21st instalance (yes that’s 20 instalances more than me, feel free to suggest to Glenn that I deserve another) to denounce him for it. Apparently he wanted to give Glenn every chance to change his mind.
When I look at this I can’t help but think this this quote from one of my favorite episodes of Doctor Who, the Deadly Assassin:
Hilred: We have him trapped in the Communications Tower. Spandrell: Well done, Hilred. An antiquated capsule, for which you get adequate early warning, transducts on the very steps of the Capital. You are warned that the occupant is a known criminal, therefore you allow him to escape and conceal himself in a building a mere 53 stories high. A clever stratagem, Hildred. You’re trying to confuse him, I take it?
Well lucky for US Based Dr. Who fans. Mike’s comics has an announcement to make:
As stated on our BBC Doctor Who Audio webpage, there is a new licensed source to the US market for BBC Doctor Who & Blake’s 7 audios, and we have negotiated preferred terms for these audios.
On the page all of the Hornet’s Nest episodes are available at only $9.99 each.
That is a better deal than any currently on eBay. They also offer a boxed/slipcased set and if THAT isn’t enough they offer free shipping on cd’s orders over $60 sent by media mail!
What more can anyone ask?
The sad thing is they announced this 10 days ago! See what getting tied up with the blogwars does? It keeps you from important things.
Judith: They’ve arrested Brian!
All: What? What?
Judith: They dragged him off! They’re gonna crucify him!
Reg: Right! This calls for immediate discussion!
Judith: What?
Sibling: Immediate!
Sibling II: Right!
Loretta: New motion?
Reg: Completely new motion! Uh, that, uh, that there be, uh, immediate action…
Francis: …uh, once the vote has been taken.
Reg: Well, obviously once the vote has been taken resolution the oh —- resolution!
Judith: Reg, let’s go now, please!
Reg: Right, right! In the – in the light of fresh information from sibling Judith…
Loretta: Ehm…not so fast, Reg.
Judith: Reg, for God’s sake! It’s perfectly simple! All you’ve gotta do is to go out of that door now and try to stop the
Romans nailing him up! It’s happening, Reg! Something’s actually happening, Reg! Can’t you understand? Oooh!
Door: [Sound of Closing]
Reg: Yeah, hello. Another little ego trip from the feminists…
Rogers: Hrm.
Loretta: What?
Francis: [Whistle]
Reg: Oh, sorry, Loretta. Uh, read that back, would, you?

As for Russia, they still see Iran as critical to their economic health, so don’t expect much from Moscow. Earlier this week, they sounded fatalistic about new sanctions, and some wondered if Obama hadn’t worked out some quid pro quo based on the shift on missile defense in eastern Europe. Instead, it looks as though Obama may have shared this intel with Russia, which is probably how Iran found out about it.
My review of the big finish 8th Doctor Adventure The Scapegoat (Season 3 episode 4) staring Paul McGann and Sheridan Smith is available at Amazon.com here.
I’ve been impressed at how good the Doctor/Lucie episodes have been. The news that it has been renewed for a 4th season is pretty good.
One thing, I picked this up used on eBay from a fellow in Israel Nice guy but FYI if you are the type of guy who can’t bear to wait then I’d pick it up closer to home. Saving a buck was my primary reason to get it there but although he doesn’t charge much expect to wait one week longer than from England and a lot longer than Worcester.
