The Big Picture is all a flutter with this headline:

Roger Ailes to be Indicted

OMG this is a story that will rock the nation! Let’s take a look at the basis for this incredible story:

Someone I spoke with claimed that Ailes was scheduled to speak at their event in March, but canceled. It appears that Roger’s people, ostensibly using a clause in his contract, said he “cannot appear for legal reasons.”

I asked “What, precisely, does that mean?”

The response: “Roger Ailes will be indicted — probably this week, maybe even Monday.”

That’s it? This is what makes a story a headline on Memeorandum?

Barry I don’t know you but C’mon!

I predict that the left will get all Fizsmasey over this nonsense and will be sadly disappointed when nothing comes of it.

You heard it here first.

…but I prefer to play basketball rather than watch it. That being said These multi player trades always struck me as odd.

The Post, citing a league source, said the Knicks would send Wilson Chandler, Raymond Felton, Danilo Gallinari, Timofey Mozgov and a 2014 first-round draft pick to the Nuggets, who would get additional picks and cash.

Along with Anthony, New York would acquire Chauncey Billups, Shelden Williams, Anthony Carter and Renaldo Balkman, according to the Post.

A Basketball team’s roster is what 13 players. And these teams are trading 4 guys each? That would be like the Red Sox sending 7-8 players with the Cubs. If you’re going to do that why not just switch teams and be done with it.

…last night.

She e-mailed and after getting back from the Tea Party Bowling league (we still need bowlers to roll off BTW more details here and in a new post) I gave her a ring and answered a series of questions she had.

Dealing with the MSM in this way is a new experience for me. As you know I generally pretty hard on them but seemed a very nice young lady and was happy to answer her questions.

Now ironically in my door to door trips yesterday I met a man who was involved in the hijacking TWA Flight 847, was interviewed by the NYT and is still angry at the way he was treated and quoted in the piece he was interviewed.

One says you only get one chance to make a first impression, being me I’m assuming the best and will be very interested in reading what she writes.

Romano’s Market at St Patrick’s day

Was talking to Mike Romano, he will be running a few pre-St. Patrick day ads with me.

St. Patrick’s is another big day for him. His small butcher shop will be getting in 3 tons (yes you read that right) of beef that he will corn right on the premises in preparation for St. Patrick day. I recorded this process a bit last year.

You know going door to door is hard but imagine in addition to your regular work preparing 3 tons of corned beef with a crew as small as Mike has.

BTW I would suggest getting your orders in ASAP. Call Mike at 978-342-4927 and tell him DaTechGuy sent you.
