The Andrew Sullivan fundraiser flops, the unemployment runs out and the wife’s hasn’t kicked in so of course it is a perfect time for the fridge to decide to die.

Oh speaking of timing I have to pick up a couch that a friend is getting rid of and a Doctor’s appointment right afterf so blogging will be a tad lighter today.
…this morning I accompanied my newly unemployed wife to the unemployment office to start the paperwork process and this afternoon I have to do something for a friend. I hope to get some more stuff up later in the day.

If you are in the path of this storm I suggest in addition to seeking shelter unplug your pc etc. If you have a guarantee on your surge protector that is good, but not having to make the claim and having a working PC…that’s better
Today I have reached 100,000 hits for the year thus far.
That is nearly double my total hits for all of 2009. It’s not quite Stacy McCain’s 1,000,000 hits a year but we are certainly heading in that direction.
I want to thank all of you who have stopped by this year so far. I’ll do my best to keep it worth your time.
Maybe it’s just me, but if you are looking for publicity for a candidate or a cause, doesn’t this make the whole: “Have Fedora will Travel” bit a pretty good investment?
