Hamas vs Actual Nazis, Hamas is Worse

While there have been murderous tyrannies that have slaughtered millions all though history in modern society the Nazi’s have been held up as the ultimate evil.

A lot of this is because the left doesn’t want to talk about the communists who when it comes to slaughtering and oppressing folks have outdone them on a huge scale both in individual countries (Russia & China) and worldwide, but they are the left allies so they aren’t allowed on the list, but in fairness the Nazi’s are a solid 2nd choice for the worst murderous tyrannies out there from their conquering of Europe and holding countries hostage to repression at home to of course the holocaust (Which based on what we’ve seen on campus this week in the US a good chunk of the campus left would consider the gassing of jews a mitigating factor in their favor, a feature rather than a bug of the Nazi regime) the Nazi have earned their spot in infamy.

So it takes some effort to look worse than the Nazis but Hamas is managing it by this by blockading their own civilians from fleeing Israel’s upcoming attack and even confiscating car keys to prevent their folks from getting out of harms way.

Contrast this with the Nazis’ in the action that resulted in the awarding of the final Knight’s Cross for bravery that was issued by them

So let’s sum up. Members of the Nazi German Navy and Air force risked their lives to evacuate civilians from East Prussia to save them from the attacking soviets and others held the line even after the official surrender to save as many as possible.

Meanwhile Hamas is doing all they can to make sure Palestinians in Gaza can die in an Israeli invasion so they can use their deaths as a propaganda tool in the west.

Congats Hamas, you have managed to be so evil that even actual Nazis can look at you, shake their head and feel morally superior

Sherman McCoy, the Yale-educated lead character of Tom Wolfe’s novel The Bonfire of the Vanities–and an old money WASP–saw himself as a “Master of the Universe.”

But as the Book of Proverbs says, “Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall.”

At America’s elite universities, such as Yale and the rest of the Ivy League, as well as NYU, Stanford, and some others, there are thousands of students who see themselves as Masters of the Universe. In reality, they have the right family connections, and they are very good at taking standardized tests, such as the SAT. Or, instead of being old money types like McCoy, they check the right woke boxes.

Ryna Workman, who is non-binary (box one), Black (box two), and a leftist (box three), in her (Workman prefers they/them pronouns) role as president of the NYU Student Bar Association president, wrote a hateful anti-Israeli statement about the October 7 attacks that, among other things, said that the Jewish state “bears full responsibility for this tremendous loss of life.” Among those murdered were babies. The Nazi’s Einsatzgruppen also indiscriminately killed babies–and many others–during the Holocaust.

People calling their political enemies Nazis is as old as the Nazi movement and almost always it’s an overstated charge–but calling Hamas members Nazis is accurate.

Fortunately, there has been some pushback. Winston and Strawn, an elite Chicago law firm where Jim Thompson, Illinois’ longest-serving governor–and a Republican–once served as CEO, repealed its job offer to Workman.

Good.

After former Harvard president Lawrence Summers, who had previously served in the Clinton and Obama administrations, decried the dozens of Harvard student groups siding with Hamas over Israel in a statement, some of those organizations retracted their support.

Summers, on X, said, “In nearly 50 years of @Harvard affiliation, I have never been as disillusioned and alienated as I am today.”

These so-called Masters of the Universe are playing with half a deck of cards, one filled with jokers, not the harmless harlequin types, but evil clowns of the Heath Ledger and Joaquin Phoenix ilk.

In the words that Dan Bongino uses so often, “They are stupid smart people.” These young elitists don’t know the difference between good and evil.

So many of them are the evil Jokers of the Universe.

For the last four years I’ve been reliably told by the left that anyone who insisted that or Tweeted out “All Lives Matter” was a racist, a bigot and a person who hated blacks.

Now while that’s of course nonsense since all men are created in the image of God and thus their lives matter, my opinion on this subject was ignored and the “new rules” were put in place by people of the left like the folks at Vox:

Offensive political dog whistles: you know them when you hear them. Or do you?

Or USA Today:

#AllLivesMatter hashtag is racist, critics say

Or Distractify:

Maybe You Mean Well, but This Is Why You Shouldn’t Say “All Lives Matter”

Or even the Washington Post

The racist roots of the dog whistle

In fact do a search for the phrase: “All lives matter is a racist dog whistle” and you will find pages of results of our friends on the left declaring that under their rules (not mine) the phrase “all lives matter” is a racist dog whistle and a reliable sign that the person who utters it is beyond the pale.

Well lo and behold apparently now that Israel is about to invade Gaza to destroy the babykillers of Hamas guess what phrase is acceptable again:

Why I’m shocked SHOCKED that Congresswoman Talib would DARE to suggest that “all lives matter” after all the best and the brightest of the elites have told us for almost half a decade now that any person who dares utter this phrase must be a horrible racist who should be shunned and disreguarded.

Now of course I don’t believe that myself but these aren’t my rules, these are the rules that the left in media, academia and Politics have insisted on so how can it be that Talib can say this without being denounced.

Why anyone might suspect that they don’t actually believe in these new rules that they’ve prorogated and only apply them when there is a political advantage and toss them aside as soon as any ally, like say Mass murderers who slaughter helpless women and children and behead babies allies, might be held responsible for their actions.

I look forward to reading the numerous columns in the left media denouncing Congresswoman Talib as a racist.

I’m sure they’ll be ready to print the day after Iran declares that Israel has a right to exist and defend itself from terrorist attacks.

Unexpectedly of course.

Update: Instalanche: Thanks Glenn, Welcome all take a look around check out how Hamas compares unfavorably to the actual Nazi’s and how parts of the shocked left is a great example of how Hell works.

For the past several decades college campuses have been centers of progressive indoctrination rather than centers of higher learning.  Over the past several years this has escalated to all out brainwashing.  Just how brainwashed college students are became obvious in the wake of the horrendous attack by Hamas terrorists on Israel.  Almost immediately after the cowardly attack began, demonstrations erupted on college campuses in support of the Hamas terrorists: College Students Blame Israel For Hamas Terror Attack (thefederalist.com)

Over 30 Harvard student organizations made a joint statement the day of the assault, writing that Israel is “entirely responsible” for the “unfolding violence.”

Columbia University students from the groups Students for Justice in Palestine and Jewish Voice for Peace asserted that “the weight of responsibility for the war and casualties undeniably lies with the Israeli extremist government and other Western governments.” Likewise, Students for Justice in Palestine at Northwestern University affirmed in the aftermath of the attack that they “stand unwavering in our commitment to highlighting the profound injustices faced by the Palestinian people.”

A cursory examination of statements released during these demonstrations prove how extensive this brainwashing is.

All the statements used left-wing, anti-colonial language. Harvard  students described Israel as an “apartheid regime” that forced Palestinians into “colonial retaliation.” Columbia students characterized the Israelis as “extremist … colonial-settlers.” Northwestern University students stated that it is a “grievous miscarriage of justice to portray Palestinians as the aggressors in this occupation” and that it is “morally untenable to portray Israel as the victim.”

“From Algeria to Ireland, from South Africa to Vietnam, from East Timur to Tibet, and from Native American to Black American civil rights struggles, the human desire for autonomy and dignity has historically remained powerful and unwavering,” wrote the Northwestern students. “The Palestinian narrative and efforts are woven from this same fabric of endurance and determination.”

There is nothing wrong and much right about universities encouraging discussion about the history of the Middle East, the fraught politics of the region, the rights and wrongs of Israeli and Arab policies, and dissent from US policies. Academic halls and the streets of America are supposed to be realms of free speech and vigorous disagreement. As long as the vigorous debate remains peaceful and rational it should be encouraged. It’s not like anyone is above criticism.

But that is not what we are witnessing. Instead, we see the constant celebration of brutality. The murder and rape of countless civilians. The kidnapping of innocents, and the justification of evil in the name of “anti-colonialism.” If this is what anticolonialism looks like–gang rapes and kidnappings–I guess I prefer colonialism and you should too.

Our major universities, though, have become breeding grounds for an ideology that celebrates this brutality, both here and abroad. Hatred of the West has become their “brand.” Wokism is yet another, even more ideologically radical version of Marxism that exceeds the evils promoted by Marx and Engels themselves. It aims to eradicate and not in any way build upon what has been built in the West over the centuries. Marx thought he could supplant it through revolution; today’s woke just want to completely destroy it.
