Libs of TicTok Shows How to Fight Back

Libs of TicTok has once again been unbanned by Twitter after being banned again for daring to repost public posts by liberal and letting people see what they say in their own words.

Why was she unbanned again, it’s easy, she fights:

LOTT is not interested in litigating against Twitter, but rather in doing journalism. That
said, if Twitter follows through on its threat to permanently suspend our client’s account, LOTT
will have no choice but to sue Twitter. In addition to suing for breach of contract, our client
would bring claims under California state law and the California Constitution.

This is from the letter her lawyers sent Twitter demanding she be reinstated by Sept 3rd.

On Sept 3rd at 10:05 PM EST this tweet went out:

Rush Limbaugh used to say that it’s the pioneers who take the arrows. Libs of Tictok is taking the arrows for all of us and demonstrating that fighting back works.

In the end the law is actually the law and as long as Twitter can’t handle the scrutiny under the law people like Libs of TicTok will be able to keep winning as long as they have courage.

The Master: Oh, Now I can say I was provoked.

A lot of people seem to be looking at the president’s speech and asking why he would give such a speech.

Frankly I think all of this confusion is because people are thinking of it as either:

  1. A political speech to rally the base
  2. A speech to convince the American public that he is on the side of the angels

This is not in fact the case.

You see one of the problems with stealing an election and corrupting justice on a national scale to help cover it up is that the moment your enemies have control of any of the levers of government they have the ability to start getting to the bottom of things.

And God help them if there is a president in power who might appoint an energetic AG with not only the power but the WILL to investigate.

That’s why generally you don’t get the type of large scale steal that we saw this time around. It’s one thing to do something in a one party city or even a one party state. If there is very little turnover you don’t have to worry much.

But on a national level power tends to shift back and forth more frequently which makes what happened last time very dangerous.

I often say to people who say the stolen election stuff is only a “conspiracy theory: ” I’ll believe that the steal of election 2020 is a conspiracy theory when the people who say it’s a conspiracy theory stop acting like they’re part of a conspiracy.”

These people keep acting like they’re desperate DESPRATE to keep Trump out of office. Logically there is no reason to be this afraid of a single Trump term if it’s just a question of graft, or prestige or influence.

BUT if there is the fear of jail, or being broken. of being exposed, disgraced, of losing the comfort they have any tactic is allow.

In my opinion that’s what this speech was about, that’s why he was made to do it (He’s not rallying the base or getting ready to convince the public of a threat, he’s providing the justification to what his administration is going to do over the next two plus years to those of us who support Trump, things that just a few years ago nobody would have dreamed an American government would do to their own people.

If you think these folks have gone over the line or violated all the norms of the republic you ain’t seen nothing less. I suspect things are about to get a whole lot worse and a lot more repressive.

I could be dead wrong, it’s possible that this is just political ineptitude, they certainly have the manpower that radiate it, but I doubt it.

Update Bingo:

Last Saturday was the Men’s retreat at St Benedict’s Abbey in Still River MA.

We have videos

The speakers for Dan Duddy and Tom Caffrey

The retreat was on the feast of St. Monica. Fr. Augustine gave the homily at the mass.

Here is an excerpt from Dan’s morning talk:

And here is a bit from Tom’s talk

If you like what you see keep an eye on the WQPH site because any announcement for a new retreat will be there first.

Meanwhile here is the indulgence calendar for September

And here is the blank version.

Bed Bath and Beyond make a big fuss about cancelling Mike Lindell and his My Pillow company for calling out the left on both the election and Jan 6th.

18 months later Mr. Lindell is still around and unwavering in his assertions, as for Bed Bath and Beyond:

Fast-forward to the present, and the former home goods giant is on the verge of financial collapse. In addition to the layoffs and closures, it was also forced to secure some $375 million in loans through Sixth Street Partners, a retailer-friendly lender. Bed Bath & Beyond also said it was prepared to sell off an undisclosed number of stock shares, which sent the share price straight to the gutter Wednesday in premarket trading.

As Dinesh DiSousa put it

I hope they like the bed they made for themselves.

Yesterday I talked about the California Law concerning selling 100% electric cars by 2035. There seems to be one small complication to this plan:

California’s energy overseer warned of blackouts starting Wednesday and urged residents to “avoid using large appliances and charging electric vehicles, and turn off unnecessary lights.”

Now remember this is taking place 12 years before the state’s mandate kicks in.

This is taking place at the same time they are blasting dams to save fish.

This is not going to end well for the state, but I’m sure that there will be a fair amount of people who get rich off the graft before reality kicks in and asserts itself.

In just a few more days Allahpundit will be leaving Hotair. If I recall correctly he’s been there from the start or if not from nearly the start.

There was a time when he would have been worth reading but like many others he was broken badly by Donald Trump and now when I visit hot air I make it a point to bypass any piece with is byline.

I’m sure he will find a place at the Bulwark or some other NeverTrump site where his current brand of “conservatism” will be welcome.

It will be nice to visit the site again and not have to deal with all the tripe that I avoid the MSM for. If I wanted the left’s line I’d be going there in the first place. As for Allahpundit, like Matt Drudge I wish him the best of luck.

What’s the old saying? What did socialists use for light before can also wants those thermostats set no lower than 78 degrees.

Called a Flex Alert, the California Independent System Operator says households should “reduce energy use from 4-9 p.m. when the system is most stressed because demand for electricity remains high and there is less solar energy available.”

“The power grid operator,” the notice says, “expects to call on Californians for voluntary energy conservation via Flex alerts over the long weekend.”

And not drive anywhere, I suppose, if you’re the owner of one of the nearly half-million plug-in EVs registered in the Golden State.

I had to laugh when I saw this headline:

Nobel Prize-winning German Biologist: Multiple Genders Are “Nonsense” and “Unscientific”

Now not to long ago this would not be a headline but a simple statement of fact unworthy of a story in any journal.

It is in fact still a simple statement of fact, but so many people have for their own reason pretended otherwise that the statement of this fact is practically revolutionary.

I suspect the say will come when we will have to purge the left’s nonsense from our society in the same way that Germany needed Denazification.

I suspect it will not be prety.

Finally I was listening to sports radio when they had an ad for Draft kings, the official betting partner of the NFL. They made it a point to mention that you had to be 18 to place a bet.

Think about that for a second. A young lady must be 18 to bet on an NFL game but you don’t have to be 18 for this doctor to cut our your breasts.

Yup this is the Left’s Post Christian America, enjoy!
