The Biden Regime is too ignorant, obtuse, and corrupt to comprehend that the First Amendment specifically prevents the federal government from infringing on the free speech of anyone in the United States.

Last week, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security issued a National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin that tramples on the First Amendment more thoroughly than any law, executive order, proclamation, or edict ever issued by any branch or agency of the federal government.  Here is the opening paragraph of that nauseating pile of refuse.

The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors. These threat actors seek to exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence. Mass casualty attacks and other acts of targeted violence conducted by lone offenders and small groups acting in furtherance of ideological beliefs and/or personal grievances pose an ongoing threat to the nation. While the conditions underlying the heightened threat landscape have not significantly changed over the last year, the convergence of the following factors has increased the volatility, unpredictability, and complexity of the threat environment: (1) the proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions; (2) continued calls for violence directed at U.S. critical infrastructure; soft targets and mass gatherings; faith-based institutions, such as churches, synagogues, and mosques; institutions of higher education; racial and religious minorities; government facilities and personnel, including law enforcement and the military; the media; and perceived ideological opponents; and (3) calls by foreign terrorist organizations for attacks on the United States based on recent events.

This odious pile of excrement is stuffed full of far more disinformation, mistruths, half-truths, and outright lies than anything I’ve ever encountered on social media.  This mound of manure specifically targets those on the political right, who are for the most part peaceful, and ignores the true purveyors of violence, the political left, with their ANTIFA and BLM.

Those of us on the political right are only guilty of disseminating the truth on social media.  The truth we spread conflicts with the nonsense spread by Democrats and their cohorts in the mainstream media, the so called medical experts, and those who run social media.

There is no misinformation exception to the First Amendment.  Thanks to the First Amendment, the federal government can play no role determining what is the truth or disinformation.  Stopping the spread of outright lies is not even something the federal government has the authority to do.

In the Additional Details section of this garbage, Biden’s Homeland Security offers a pack of lies to defend this unconstitutional edict.

The primary terrorism-related threat to the United States continues to stem from lone offenders or small cells of individuals who are motivated by a range of foreign and/or domestic grievances often cultivated through the consumption of certain online content. The convergence of violent extremist ideologies, false or misleading narratives, and conspiracy theories have and will continue to contribute to a heightened threat of violence in the United States.

Wrong, it was BLM and ANTIFA, and the rest of the leftist clowns who were doing all of the rioting, looting, and other violence

Key factors contributing to the current heightened threat environment include: The proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions: For example, there is widespread online proliferation of false or misleading narratives regarding unsubstantiated widespread election fraud and COVID-19. Grievances associated with these themes inspired violent extremist attacks during 2021.  Malign foreign powers have and continue to amplify these false or misleading narratives in efforts to damage the United States.

This paragraph declares those of us who spread the truth about the Wuhan Flu, the carnage and suffering caused by mandates and lockdowns, the clot shot, and the theft of the 2020 election from President Trump are domestic terrorists.

Continued calls for violence directed at U.S. critical infrastructure; soft targets and mass gatherings; faith-based institutions, such as churches, synagogues, and mosques; institutions of higher education; racial and religious minorities; government facilities and personnel, including law enforcement and the military; the media; and perceived ideological opponents:

Is there proof that any of this happened? No !!

Foreign terrorist organizations and domestic threat actors continue to amplify pre-existing false or misleading narratives online to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions. Some of these actors do so to encourage unrest, which could lead to acts of violence against the facilities, individuals, institutions, and organizations cited above.

What a load of horse hockey

As COVID-19 restrictions continue to decrease nationwide, increased access to commercial and government facilities and the rising number of mass gatherings could provide increased opportunities for individuals looking to commit acts of violence to do so, often with little or no warning.

The Biden Regime is declaring that ending all of these liberty destroying mandates and lockdowns will lead to an upswing of terrorism.   What a joke !!!!

Meanwhile, COVID-19 mitigation measures—particularly COVID-19 vaccine and mask mandates—have been used by domestic violent extremists to justify violence since 2020 and could continue to inspire these extremists to target government, healthcare, and academic institutions that they associate with those measures.

What violence?  There has been no violence, only peaceful protests, and nowhere enough of them.

Domestic violent extremists have also viewed attacks against U.S. critical infrastructure as a means to create chaos and advance ideological goals, and have recently aspired to disrupt U.S. electric and communications critical infrastructure, including by spreading false or misleading narratives about 5G cellular technology.

Even questioning the safety of 5G will get you labeled a domestic terrorist.

Some domestic violent extremists have continued to advocate for violence in response to false or misleading narratives about unsubstantiated election fraud. The months preceding the upcoming 2022 midterm elections could provide additional opportunities for these extremists and other individuals to call for violence directed at democratic institutions, political candidates, party offices, election events, and election workers.

Yup, anyone who posts the truth about Democrats stealing the election from Trump is a domestic terrorist.

A small number of threat actors are attempting to use the evacuation and resettlement of Afghan nationals following the U.S. military withdrawal from Afghanistan last year as a means to exacerbate long-standing grievances and justify attacks against immigrants.

Even joking about Biden’s disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal will get you labeled a domestic terrorist.

The How We Are Responding section contains clear violations of the First Amendment

DHS’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis established a new, dedicated domestic terrorism branch to produce the sound, timely intelligence needed to counter related threats. The Department expanded its evaluation of online activity as part of its efforts to assess and prevent acts of violence, while ensuring the protection of privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties.

The Biden Regime is using the Intelligence Agencies of the United States to spy on the American People.

DHS is working with public and private sector partners, as well as foreign counterparts, to identify and evaluate MDM, including false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories spread on social media and other online platforms that endorse or could inspire violence.

DHS has officially deputized Facebook, Twitters, and other social media sites.  They will gladly comply just like they gladly complied when the Biden Regime asked them to silence those of us who spread the truth on their platforms.

This egregious violation of the First Amendment calls for mass non-violent protests and mass non-violent civil disobedience.  Oh yeah, issuing this odious proclamation is a High Crime, making it an impeachable offence.  Spineless Republicans however will do nothing about it.

Up until this week I had never spent any time in FaceBook jail.  That was a fact I bore with considerable shame.  Most of my right leaning friends have been there multiple times.  I continuously post the same type of stuff that gets them sent to the FaceBook gulag, often much worse.

I have long been jealous of those who have earned badges of honor for having become political prisoners, held incommunicado by the tyrannical regime of misfits who run what I frequently call FascistBook.  I have constantly upped my game, to no avail.

My shame for not being sentenced to FaceBook jail was becoming unbearable.  I had no idea what I was doing wrong.  I kept comparing what I was posting versus those who paid a price for posting the truth.  I so saw no difference, yet I was denied the honor of earning a FaceBook jail campaign ribbon.

That all changed this past Tuesday when I saw the little box at the top left corner of my wall.  In the center of that box was the words account restricted.  That little box meant that I had finally earned my badge of honor.  I did celebrate when I saw this.  I celebrated by having a second pint of my homebrewed India Pale Ale.

I am no stranger to censorship by socialist media.  Well over a year ago I earned the coveted lifetime ban by Twitter.  They took away my 12,000 followers along with all my posting privileges.  My crime was that I constantly posted the truth.  I posted stuff that contradicted official progressive narrative.  That is exactly what earned my current 90 day stay in FaceBook Jail.

My stay in FaceBook jail is proof that that company is nothing but a mob of petty tyrants who believe that freedom of speech only applies to those who parrot the official progressive narrative on every single issue.  That goes against everything the United States of America stands for.  It is the type of behavior that is commonplace in tyrannical dictatorships.

When I saw the account restricted box I clicked on it and received a listing of the offences that led to my 90 day stint in jail. They were a listing of every single one of the phony fact checks FascistBook has hit me with.  That was an exceptionally lengthy list.  I constantly earn them because I post the truth whenever I encounter it.  When I get hit with a fact check I challenge it by attaching one of series of photos to it.  One of the photos reads “lets start calling fact checking what it is, Censorship.”  Another photo reads “George Orwell called them Thought Police, FaceBook calls them fact checkers.”

FaceBook sentenced me to a 90 day stay in jail because I post the truth about the Wuhan Flu, the carnage caused by the covid vaccines, the failures of lockdowns, mask mandates, the theft of the election from President Trump, and so much more.

I will not let my stay in FaceBook jail silence me in the slightest.  I will not change my posting habits at all.

SHREVEPORT -A few random thoughts today:

On Living in Louisiana: Even though Louisiana is at the bottom of all the important economic growth lists, bottom of education, bottom of job growth, there are some definite advantages to living here. I’ve written often about the differences between north and south Louisiana – it might as well be two different universes, and I do love south Louisiana. But, even up here in the northern part of the state, we have our perks. It’s never a bad day, for example, when a friend calls out of the blue on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon and says, “We droppin’ a big ol’ batch of crawfish in da water right now; come get you some!”

When that happens, you drop what you are doing, grab a six-pack, and follow the directions to a renovated industrial looking building in the shad of the interstate where three 45-pound sacks of crawfish await the hot boiling brew over the propane fire that turns them into spicy, tasty delicacies. I could eat my weight in crawfish.

They aren’t crayfish or crawdads around here; they are crawfish. Sometimes mudbugs. Always delicious.

Another perk of living in Louisiana is the weather; yes, last winter we had a five-day snowmageddon event that had us shut inside for a solid week. Unheard of. We have already had our one day of snow this week, so now we look forward to spring. Oh, the cold isn’t done with us yet. We will have a few more spells where the temps go below freezing, but for the most part, I’m looking for spring.

I mean, college baseball kicked off this weekend. Nothing says spring like college baseball!

We have Mardi Gras parades coming up beginning in the next week or so and that harkens to Lent and then the Easter season, and well, spring.

Here in Shreveport, we have “city Mardi Gras” as opposed to “country Mardi Gras” celebrated by many of my friends in Cajun country down south. Very different events! But always fun.

I’m the first one to get on my soapbox and complain about the crime, the terrible politicians, the urban decay, the potholes, the low teacher pay, etc.; we are far from perfect here in Louisiana, but dang, I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

On The Super Bowl: Are you going to watch? I’m probably not. I haven’t watched an NFL game in three or so years and could not care less about it. I do love Joe Burrow however, and so I rather would like to see him win, but I won’t lose any sleep over it. We usually watch the Puppy Bowl instead.

On The Vanishing Louisiana Coast: I know we all hate the NYT, but I do want to share this article. Last week one of the books I share with you was the Mosquito Supper Club cookbook and this article references that book, the author, and her very real concerns about the danger of the Louisiana coastline. I’ve seen it. It’s read and it’s shocking. We can debate the whole climate change angle, but whatever the actual cause, or combination of causes, we are losing a lot of land down there, as well as entire communities and even the sustainability of our seafood industry. It’s troublesome.

Y’all have a good week and be kind.

Being the first to connect Trudeau with the word truck, as in the not so polite version of “Let’s Go Brandon,” is another thing I cannot claim credit for.  I first encountered it in this photo, taken by an unknown photographer, which I saw on Facebook.

For more than twenty months I’ve been waiting for organized resistance to all of the Covid tyranny to begin in earnest.  As each month has gone by without widespread revolt I’ve been getting more and more agitated and disheartened.  Because the United States has always been the land of the free, I expected that the people here would have put an end to all of this tyrannical nonsense well over a year ago.

I got my hopes up too many times, as it appeared that all of these mandates, passports, and lockdowns would all be swept away by an orgy of mass protest, that appeared to be igniting, only to see the flames sputter out.

Finally there appears to be a mass movement, camped out in Ottawa, that could bring an end to the totalitarian nightmare in Canada.

So far the Canadian Government has not backed down. They are actually considering imposing new mandates.   Trudeau has demonstrated tremendous courage during the mass protest by fleeing to an unknown location.

The protests have been peaceful.  Yet that has not prevented the chief of the Ottawa police from threatening them.

Ottawa Police Chief Peter Sloly told reporters on Monday that “all options are on the table,” including “enforcement,” to end an ongoing protest led by truckers in the Canadian capital against the country’s onerous anti-coronavirus mandates that Sloly himself admitted had led to no injuries or violence.

These convoys are spreading.  One is planned for Australia, one for the United States, and several in Europe.  Gould this finally be the end of our totalitarian nightmare?
