Because the last time this happened was when Harry Reid’s prediction and we all remember how accurate that was.

One way to cut spending is to leave Afghanistan.

What is the victory condition? The US is not at war with their government. Bin Laden and Al-Queda haven’t been heard from and have unknown whereabouts, most likely in Pakistan, or their operations and cells have been moved to other countries like Somalia, Yemen, Engalnd,and the US to name a few.
