Had a very pleasant time with the Right wing Gamer, Mitch Townsend of Chicagoboyz , libertarian Leanings Martin Soloman of Solomonia and neoneocon.

We ate Linguini’s Pizza and entrees and talked blogging and the Radio show (DaTechGuy on DaRadio). The nitty-gritty is that I’m hoping to have all of these fine bloggers as part of a rotating series of panelists on my second hour starting in February. All of this is in the semi planning stage but right now I’m leaning toward a panel for the first 2 segments of the 2nd hour and a final guest for the end or maybe going with 4 segments with a half hour with the panel, and two short guest segments, maybe an author and an advocate. I’m also thinking a local pol for a regular panelist to promote local readership since most advertisers are local.

I’m very interested in what my listeners have to say so if you have suggestions leave them in comments. Also if you are a New England Blogger interested in being on the panel or talking to me about the future of the show leave a comment and we can arrange to meet.

…all to advertise at DaTechGuy on DaRadio.

I don’t duplicate the various advertisers so once I get one Bank, One Car Dealership (I’ll do one used and one new), one Plumber and one Insurance Company the slots are taken.

We would like to give a shout out to the Border Grille and Bar who for two months ran ads in support of Soldier’s Angels rather than promoting themselves. We would like to know if there is another business who would care to do the same.

If you have interest in any of these slots (or you want to check if your business is “taken”) e-mail me here or here and I’ll get back to you.

Update: The Insurance Company Spot is taken

Did Mrs. Clinton actually draw an equivalence between the shooting of Arizona and “extremists” in Islam?

Ok Mrs. Clinton other than Fred Phelps who is not supported by any group within the country.

Meanwhile in Pakistan this is what happens when you shoot the governor of a province.

Cheering crowds have gathered in recent days to support the assassin who riddled the governor of Punjab with 26 bullets and to praise his attack — carried out in the name of the Prophet Muhammad — as an act of heroism. To the surprise of many, chief among them have been Pakistan’s young lawyers, once seen as a force for democracy.

Their energetic campaign on behalf of the killer has caught the government flat-footed and dismayed friends and supporters of the slain politician, Salman Taseer, an outspoken proponent of liberalism who had challenged the nation’s strict blasphemy laws. It has also confused many in the broader public and observers abroad, who expected to see a firm state prosecution of the assassin.

Yeah lone shooter who has a history of issues vs groups of lawyers and newspapers supporting political murder, yep it’s exactly the same.

If Mrs. Clinton isn’t ashamed she ought to be.

He is enjoying this

I’m looking at the mug shot of Jared Loughner and it is pretty sad to say he is totally enjoying this.

This is the saddest thing about it all. This guy was an absolute loser and now is a part of history. I think he is going to ride this for a long time. He believes he is now somebody and THAT, not any rhetoric is the real danger when it comes to guys like this who choose the easy way to become known.

I think this guy needs prayers and I think a regular set of prayers for those disturbed that we don’t know about would be a good project for a rosary.
