Senator: Fletcher, there’s an old saying: To the victors belong the spoils.

Fletcher: There’s another old saying, Senator: Don’t piss down my back and tell me it’s raining.

The Outlaw Josey Wales 1976

As you might have heard I won my appeal and was allowed back onto twitter yesterday. They stated my account had been locked in error.

Nice to know that it turned out I didn’t post or share:

“privately produced/distrubted intimate media of someone without their consent”

The first thing I did was tweet out my post titled:

Twitter / Left Censorship A Sure Sign You’re Hitting the Target

The 2nd thing I did was send out some DM to the people I bet with on the election and to Fault Lines Radio (who usually contacts me via twitter to invite me on_ to warn them that I might end up being blocked again:

Here is the DM I sent to fault lines radio show:

Quick FYI just got out of the twitter gulag for posting a link to #benfordslaw piece that they claimed was porn posted without the consent of the person involved. after the lockout I refused to delete the tweet and appeals, won the appeal and checking if the lockout is still automatic for it. If I am locked out or suspended best way to get me is a comment on my site datechguyblog.com use the term ” (not showing this for obvious reasons)” & I’ll know it’s you guys. wish me luck

And then I sent out the following tweets:

Now I should point out something here that I didn’t realize until a few minutes ago. When I look at test 1 while logged onto my own account I can see my tweet.

BUT when I look at test one when not logged in (which is how I’m accessing these tweets now what shows up in place of the tweet is “This tweet is unavailable”.

Oddly if I click on that “unavailable tweet” in that different browser the tweet shows up and I can access the piece

But I digress…

So after test one it was time for test 2

so I did

Everything was seemingly working and I was literally in the process of typing out that twitter had passed test two when suddenly….

Mind you this was less that one hour after I my account was unlocked and I had been informed by twitter that I had been locked out in error.

As normal there was an email notice from Twitter. One guess what the email said I had done…

…if your guess was they said I had distributed:

privately produced/distributed intimate media of someone without their consent

Then you are correct.

So in summery for the 2nd time in under two days twitter has not only locked my account but slandered me by claiming I’m pushing out Porn.

I’m again appealing this lockout. Here is what I wrote them this time

Not only have you once again slandered me with a palatable lie claiming that I shared “privately produced/distributed intimate media of someone without their consent” but you did so less than one hour after you UNLOCKED said account acknowledging that this same accusation over tweeting out the same link which goes to a piece on Benford’s mathematical law was false and stated I was locked out in error and apologized for doing so.

Furthermore you did so after I tweeted twitter safety saying I was about to retweet the tweet that you apologized for locking me out over to confirm that things were restored. That doesn’t cover you guys with glory.

If you are so afraid of people seeing circumstantial evidence of Joe Biden’s election 2020 magic ballots have the strength of character to admit that’s why you’re locking my account rather than making base and slanderous accusations against me distributing porn.

Last time it took about a day. Let’s see how long it takes this time for them to admit they are wrong.

I further intended to keep performing this test when reinstated and going through this process until twitter removes the lock on that piece or bans me.

I suspect that will be sometime after the court cases on election 2020 are resolved…unexpectedly of course.

Closing thought. If they are persisting in this kind of thing, that suggests they know they are not secure in their position and are doing all they can from keeping regular people from seeing rational arguments demonstrating the existence of Joe Biden’s Magic Ballots

SHREVEPORT – Sick of politics?  Tired of reading about the coronavirus?  There are some great new book releases coming out this month that you should check out. One’s a mystery, one is chick-lit, and one is a classic collection of essays: something for everyone!

First, Michael Connelly is back with his Lincoln Lawyer, Mickey Haller. The Law of Innocence is Haller at his best as he is apparently framed for a murder and then must defend himself in court….from jail. We have all the familiar characters that we’ve come to know and love in a Haller story: Lorna, Cisco, and even Harry Bosch lends a hand. The frame against Haller looks pretty airtight and Connelly keeps you guessing all the way to the end.

I love Michael Connelly because as prolific as he is, his stories never get stale or predictable. The Law of Innocence comes out November 10.

Also coming out on the tenth is a chick-lit romp in The First Time We Met by Jo Lovett. Sometimes you just need something light and meaningless and while I don’t read a lot of chick-lit, I did review this one for NetGalley and enjoyed it. Izzy is our protagonist; she meets Sam on his wedding day and of course he is the one and only for her. The novel covers decades and is set on two continents, but Izzy and Sam remain linked. There are the obligatory best-friend characters that add to the mix. Predictable? Sometimes. Fun? Yep.  If chick-lit is your thing, check this one out.

On a more serious note, The Glorious American Essay comes out November 17, and is edited by Phillip Lopate. This is truly one I have got to have on my shelves in my personal collection. It includes essays from Colonial times to the present. Here you can find essays from the Founding Fathers, Thoreau, John Muir, Rachel Carson, Annie Dillard, to name a few. It’s a beautiful collection and is perhaps the definitive collection of the American essay. I absolutely loved this one and will probably give it for Christmas to several people on my list.

I recently finished reading Kerri Arsenault’s Mill Town and I highly recommend it as well. It is part memoir and part investigation into what is causing high cancer rates in her Maine hometown. The obvious culprit is the paper mill and the dioxin it produces. Arsenault has a quiet, gentle “voice” and her diligent, prodding investigation runs from local interviews with townsfolk to the DEQ basement archives. I was engrossed in this one from beginning to end.

What are you reading? I need recommendations! Pat Austin blogs at And So it Goes in Shreveport and is the author of Cane River Bohemia: Cammie Henry and her Circle at Melrose Plantation. Follow her on Instagram @patbecker25 and Twitter @paustin110.

Got this notice from twitter in tweetdeck.

I checked my account and saw this

While I haven’t checked my email, I’ve determined that it’s over this tweet

Which linked to this Instapundit post

FACEBOOK WON’T ALLOW THIS LINK TO BE POSTED: Joe Biden’s votes violate Benford’s Law. It didn’t work when I tried.

They won’t let the shortened bit.ly version be posted either. Maybe the story’s wrong, maybe it isn’t, but this is bullshit.

I haven’t checked my email and I don’t intend to. If they let me back in after 12 hours fine. If they won’t unless I delete that tweet which didn’t like. I simply don’t care.

If it means I don’t do twitter, let me put it bluntly

As it says at the top of Stacy McCain’s site:

“One should either write ruthlessly what one believes to be the truth, or else shut up.” — Arthur Koestler

I had to be talked into joining twitter, I lived a whole life without it for decades, if I live my final 20 years without it that’s fine too.

I will write what I want. If they decide to lock me out fine, if they decide to ban me, fine.

I will not submit.

Update: Check my email and it said I’ve posted or shared:

“privately produced/distrubted intimate media of someone without their consent”

I literally have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. The tweet in question has no intimate media I presume it is simply a lie and pretense.

Because that’s what dishonorable people do.

Update 2: It just hit me that there are those who might not get the historical context behind my reply the story is here

The surrender demand from the Germans was as follows:

“December 22nd 1944

To the U.S.A. Commander of the encircled town of Bastogne.

The fortune of war is changing. This time the U.S.A.
forces in and near Bastogne have been encircled by strong
German armored units. More German armored units have crossed
the river Ourthe near Ortheuville, have taken Marche and
reached St. Hubert by passing through Hompre-Sibret-Tillet.
Libramont is in German hands.
There is only one possibility to save the encircled
U.S.A troops from total annihilation: that is the honorable
surrender of the encircled town. In order to think it over
a term of two hours will be granted beginning with the
presentation of this note.
If this proposal should be rejected one German
Artillery Corps and six heavy A. A. Battalions are ready
to annihilate the U.S.A. troops in and near Bastogne. The
order for firing will be given immediately after this two
hours’ term.
All the serious civilian losses caused by this
artillery fire would not correspond with the wellknown
American humanity.

The German Commander.”

The response:

“December 22, 1944

To the German Commander,

N U T S !

The American Commander”

Update 4: Well the time is up and apparently they demand the tweet to the Bedford Law’s piece be removed I’ve filled out the appeal saying the following:

You claim I posted or shared ” intimate media of someone with out their consent.” This is patently false as I linked to a statistical analysis concerning Bedford’s law found here

https://pjmedia.com/instapundit/412499/

They say they can usually reply in a few days.

Either way the tweet is not going to be removed by me, particularly when their statement is patently false and in my opinion defamatory.

I will not submit

There is a lot of Rhetoric going on concerning the late election, particularly on social media but no matter how much talk you spit out everything really comes down to one statement that should be asked of everybody:

After every legal and legitimate ballot is counted and every illegal an illegitimate ballot is eliminated the candidate, no matter if it is Trump or Biden, who has won enough states to acquire 270 or more electoral college votes should be sworn in as President of the United States on Jan 20th 2021?

Any person who can’t or won’t answer: “Yes” to this question should be ignored.
