It is truly ironic that the Biden regime declared that individuals spreading ‘misinformation’ are domestic terrorists because Joe Biden spreads an inordinate amount of actual misinformation.  Just this past Tuesday, Biden told a rather egregious whopper about what is causing gas prices to climb alarmingly fast, to record levels.  Joe Biden told the world that gas prices are high because domestic oil production is not keeping up to demand, because oil companies are not using 9000 drilling permits that were previously issued.

This article, American Petroleum Institute: Biden ‘Misusing Facts’ When Talking About Unused Drilling Permits (legalinsurrection.com), proves this to be a mistruth.

“Just because you have a lease doesn’t mean there’s actually oil and gas in that lease, and there has to be a lot of development that occurs between the leasing and then ultimately permitting for that acreage to be productive,” he said. “I think that they’re purposefully misusing the facts here to advantage their position.”

This article, Biden’s U.S. Oil Embargo – WSJ, explains in great detail how Joe Biden’s radical policies are in fact responsible for the skyrocketing gas prices here in the United States.

On Tuesday he even blamed U.S. companies—not his policies—for not producing more. There are 9,000 available unused drilling permits, he claimed, and only 10% of onshore oil production takes place on federal land. Talk about a misdirection play.

First, companies have to obtain additional permits for rights of way to access leases and build pipelines to transport fuel. This has become harder under the Biden Administration. Second, companies must build up a sufficient inventory of permits before they can contract rigs because of the regulatory difficulties of operating on federal land.

It takes 140 days or so for the feds to approve a drilling permit versus two for the state of Texas. The Administration has halted onshore lease sales. Producers are developing leases more slowly since they don’t know when more will be available. Offshore leases were snapped up at a November auction because companies expect it might be the last one.

Different agencies under the Biden regime have worked hard at instituting policies that are responsible for the astronomically high gas prices, and will continue at their efforts, regardless how devastating they are to the American people.

Interior’s five-year leasing program for the Gulf of Mexico expires in June. Yet the Administration hasn’t promulgated a new plan. Nor did it appeal a liberal judge’s order in January revoking the November leases. But the Administration has appealed another judge’s order requiring that it hold lease sales.

Then there’s the not-small problem of financing. Companies can’t explore and drill, or build pipelines, without capital. Biden financial regulators allied with progressive investors are working to cut it off. The Labor Department has proposed a rule that would require 401(k) managers to consider the climate impact of their investment holdings.

The Securities and Exchange Commission is expected to issue a rule requiring companies and their financiers to disclose greenhouse gas emissions. Mr. Biden has nominated Sarah Bloom Raskin, of all people, to be the Federal Reserve’s top bank supervisor. Her top priority is using bank regulation to redirect capital from fossil fuels to green energy.

Joe Biden’s green energy policies are so odious they are affecting the long term strategic planning of American energy companies.

Large energy producers are buying back stock and redirecting capital to renewables because they see the Administration’s writing on the wall. Small independent producers are eager to take advantage of higher prices but can’t get loans. Many relied on private equity during the last shale boom, but now these firms are cutting them off.

Progressive outfit Global Energy Monitor gleefully proclaimed Tuesday that $244 billion in U.S. liquefied natural gas projects are stalled because they “are struggling to find financiers and buyers” amid “pressure from cheap renewables”—i.e., rich green energy subsidies that Democrats want to make richer—and “tightening climate commitments.”

This article, Is It Intentional or Simply Ignorance? – American Thinker, explains in great detail how the Biden regime’s energy policies are most definitely causing gas prices here in the United States to skyrocket.

Among a number of things going wrong in America right now, worst of all is our totally unnecessary, self-inflicted end to energy independence.

This one is particularly frustrating because it is so unnecessary and arbitrary.  Based purely on liberal arrogance and adolescent egotism — not on well-considered business factors or with the country’s long-term well-being in mind — “President” Biden canceled the Keystone Pipeline as soon as he occupied the Oval Office.  This was simply a ploy to curry favor with the Green voting bloc and do something to counter President Trump.  It was the act of a shallow emotional simpleton and his behind-the-scenes puppet masters trying to look good in the eyes of the Squad and the liberal media.

It’s not as if the cancelation of Keystone in and of itself ruined our energy sector.  Biden also stopped any fossil fuel exploration in ANWR, voided existing oil exploration and development leases on federal lands, and sharply curtailed the ability of existing oil and natural gas fracking companies to conduct their operations.  This has markedly reduced our supply, but far more important, it sent a message to the world oil market that any possibility of substantial new American oil was stopped dead in its tracks.  The result?  We’ve now got hyper-inflation-inducing higher crude oil pricing, even before the Ukraine-Russia fandango fanned those flames even higher.

After reading the transcript of Joe Biden’s State of the Union Address, I am overcome by a strong sense of irony.  The sense of irony is triggered by the fact that the Biden regime declared that those who spread lies and mistruths are domestic terrorists.  Lies and mistruths made up the majority of his speech.

All quotes for this article are from here: Full Text: President Joe Biden’s State of the Union Address (breitbart.com).  It is the transcript of the actual speech Biden was suppose to give.  It is free of vocal mumbles, stumbles, and bizarre ad libs.

With a duty to one another to the American people to the Constitution.  And with an unwavering resolve that freedom will always triumph over tyranny.

This first quote pings the irony meter.  Since Biden was installed in the White House a year ago, he has trampled on the Constitution and proved to be a true tyrant.

Tonight I say to the Russian oligarchs and corrupt leaders who have bilked billions of dollars off this violent regime no more.

Putin, the Russian oligarchs, and corrupt leaders have received the bulk of their funding from all of the Biden energy policies, which are the polar opposite of Trump’s energy policies.

To all Americans, I will be honest with you, as I’ve always promised. A Russian dictator, invading a foreign country, has costs around the world.  And I’m taking robust action to make sure the pain of our sanctions  is targeted at Russia’s economy. And I will use every tool at our disposal to protect American businesses and consumers.

The sanctions Biden imposed have not caused Putin any meaningful pain, and they will not.

The pandemic has been punishing.  And so many families are living paycheck to paycheck, struggling to keep up with the rising cost of food, gas, housing, and so much more.  I understand.

The pandemic had nothing to do with the skyrocketing cost of food, gas, housing, and everything.  The run away inflation was caused by Biden’s disastrous economic policies.

And unlike the $2 Trillion tax cut passed in the previous administration that benefitted the top 1% of Americans, the American Rescue Plan helped working people—and left no one behind

Of course Biden repeats the all too common lie that the Trump tax cuts only benefited the wealthy.

In fact—our economy created over 6.5 Million new jobs just last year, more jobs created in one year than ever before in the history of America.  Our economy grew at a rate of 5.7% last year, the strongest growth in nearly 40 years, the first step in bringing fundamental change to an economy that hasn’t worked for the working people of this nation for too long.  For the past 40 years we were told that if we gave tax breaks to those at the very top, the benefits would trickle down to everyone else.  But that trickle-down theory led to weaker economic growth, lower wages, bigger deficits, and the widest gap between those at the top and everyone else in nearly a century.

That last paragraph is laughable in the extreme.  There is no evidence at all backing those frivolous claims.

America used to have the best roads, bridges, and airports on Earth. Now our infrastructure is ranked 13th in the world.  We won’t be able to compete for the jobs of the 21st Century if we don’t fix that.  That’s why it was so important to pass the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law—the most sweeping investment to rebuild America in history.

Biden’s infrastructure plan was nothing more than a socialist wet dream.  It would have destroyed the American economy and would not have rebuilt anything.

Inflation is robbing them of the gains they might otherwise feel.  I get it. That’s why my top priority is getting prices under control.  Look, our economy roared back faster than most predicted, but the pandemic meant that businesses had a hard time hiring enough workers to keep up production in their factories.  The pandemic also disrupted global supply chains.  When factories close, it takes longer to make goods and get them from the warehouse to the store, and prices go up.

The economy has not roared back, and Biden’s policies. not the pandemic, has disrupted everything.

First – cut the cost of prescription drugs. Just look at insulin. One in ten Americans has diabetes. In Virginia, I met a 13-year-old boy named Joshua Davis.

Oh the irony !!! The cost of insulin skyrocketed because Biden canceled Trump’s executive order that specifically slashed the price of insulin

Second – cut energy costs for families an average of $500 a year by combatting climate change.  Let’s provide investments and tax credits to weatherize your homes and businesses to be energy efficient and you get a tax credit; double America’s clean energy production in solar, wind, and so much more;  lower the price of electric vehicles, saving you another $80 a month because you’ll never have to pay at the gas pump again.

Climate change is nothing but a fairy tail, a complete farce, to convince the gullable to give up their rights and money.

And under my plan, nobody earning less than $400,000 a year will pay an additional penny in new taxes. Nobody.  The one thing all Americans agree on is that the tax system is not fair. We have to fix it.  I’m not looking to punish anyone. But let’s make sure corporations and the wealthiest Americans start paying their fair share.

What a crock.  Under Biden’s tax plan those earning way under $400,000 a year will pay more, and the wealthiest pay more than their fair share.

We got more than 130 countries to agree on a global minimum tax rate so companies can’t get out of paying their taxes at home by shipping jobs and factories overseas.

Biden has no business involving the US in a scheme like this.  It is unconstitutional.

By the end of this year, the deficit will be down to less than half what it was before I took office. The only president ever to cut the deficit by more than one trillion dollars in a single year.

All I can do with this statement is laugh uncontrollably.

Because of the progress we’ve made, because of your resilience and the tools we have, tonight I can say we are moving forward safely, back to more normal routines.  We’ve reached a new moment in the fight against COVID-19, with severe cases down to a level not seen since last July. Just a few days ago, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention—the CDC—issued new mask guidelines.

It is laughable that Biden is taking credit for the decline in COVID cases.  That happened because we’ve reached herd immunity.

First, stay protected with vaccines and treatments. We know how incredibly effective vaccines are. If you’re vaccinated and boosted you have the highest degree of protection.

The COVID vaccines have been a complete disaster.

And with 75% of adult Americans fully vaccinated and hospitalizations down by 77%, most Americans can remove their masks, return to work, stay in the classroom, and move forward safely.  We achieved this because we provided free vaccines, treatments, tests, and masks.

The COVID vaccines and mandates did nothing to reduce the case numbers.  It was  a virus doing what viruses normally do.

I ask Congress to pass proven measures to reduce gun violence. Pass universal background checks. Why should anyone on a terrorist list be able to purchase a weapon? Ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.  Repeal the liability shield that makes gun manufacturers the only industry in America that can’t be sued.  These laws don’t infringe on the Second Amendment. They save lives.

All of these measures would most assuredly violate the Second Amendment and would only lead to more mass shootings and more crime.  Biden was of course lying about the liability shield for gun manufacturers.

In state after state, new laws have been passed, not only to suppress the vote, but to subvert entire elections.  We cannot let this happen.  Tonight. I call on the Senate to: Pass the Freedom to Vote Act. Pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Act. And while you’re at it, pass the Disclose Act so Americans can know who is funding our elections.

Lies, lies, and more lies.  That last paragraph is nothing but lies.

And if we are to advance liberty and justice, we need to secure the Border and fix the immigration system.

Oh the absolute irony.

Advancing liberty and justice also requires protecting the rights of women.  The constitutional right affirmed in Roe v. Wade—standing precedent for half a century—is under attack as never before.  If we want to go forward—not backward—we must protect access to health care. Preserve a woman’s right to choose. And let’s continue to  advance maternal health care in America.

Abortion is murder.  No one has a right to commit murder.  Liberty is striped away from the murdered unborn child.  Abortion has absolutely nothing to do with health care.

I am far from alone when it comes to writing about all lies and mistruths spoken by Biden during his State of the Union address.  Check out these four articles.

17 Absurd Lies Biden Told During His State Of The Union Speech (thefederalist.com)

The Biden Regime is too ignorant, obtuse, and corrupt to comprehend that the First Amendment specifically prevents the federal government from infringing on the free speech of anyone in the United States.

Last week, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security issued a National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin that tramples on the First Amendment more thoroughly than any law, executive order, proclamation, or edict ever issued by any branch or agency of the federal government.  Here is the opening paragraph of that nauseating pile of refuse.

The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors. These threat actors seek to exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence. Mass casualty attacks and other acts of targeted violence conducted by lone offenders and small groups acting in furtherance of ideological beliefs and/or personal grievances pose an ongoing threat to the nation. While the conditions underlying the heightened threat landscape have not significantly changed over the last year, the convergence of the following factors has increased the volatility, unpredictability, and complexity of the threat environment: (1) the proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions; (2) continued calls for violence directed at U.S. critical infrastructure; soft targets and mass gatherings; faith-based institutions, such as churches, synagogues, and mosques; institutions of higher education; racial and religious minorities; government facilities and personnel, including law enforcement and the military; the media; and perceived ideological opponents; and (3) calls by foreign terrorist organizations for attacks on the United States based on recent events.

This odious pile of excrement is stuffed full of far more disinformation, mistruths, half-truths, and outright lies than anything I’ve ever encountered on social media.  This mound of manure specifically targets those on the political right, who are for the most part peaceful, and ignores the true purveyors of violence, the political left, with their ANTIFA and BLM.

Those of us on the political right are only guilty of disseminating the truth on social media.  The truth we spread conflicts with the nonsense spread by Democrats and their cohorts in the mainstream media, the so called medical experts, and those who run social media.

There is no misinformation exception to the First Amendment.  Thanks to the First Amendment, the federal government can play no role determining what is the truth or disinformation.  Stopping the spread of outright lies is not even something the federal government has the authority to do.

In the Additional Details section of this garbage, Biden’s Homeland Security offers a pack of lies to defend this unconstitutional edict.

The primary terrorism-related threat to the United States continues to stem from lone offenders or small cells of individuals who are motivated by a range of foreign and/or domestic grievances often cultivated through the consumption of certain online content. The convergence of violent extremist ideologies, false or misleading narratives, and conspiracy theories have and will continue to contribute to a heightened threat of violence in the United States.

Wrong, it was BLM and ANTIFA, and the rest of the leftist clowns who were doing all of the rioting, looting, and other violence

Key factors contributing to the current heightened threat environment include: The proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions: For example, there is widespread online proliferation of false or misleading narratives regarding unsubstantiated widespread election fraud and COVID-19. Grievances associated with these themes inspired violent extremist attacks during 2021.  Malign foreign powers have and continue to amplify these false or misleading narratives in efforts to damage the United States.

This paragraph declares those of us who spread the truth about the Wuhan Flu, the carnage and suffering caused by mandates and lockdowns, the clot shot, and the theft of the 2020 election from President Trump are domestic terrorists.

Continued calls for violence directed at U.S. critical infrastructure; soft targets and mass gatherings; faith-based institutions, such as churches, synagogues, and mosques; institutions of higher education; racial and religious minorities; government facilities and personnel, including law enforcement and the military; the media; and perceived ideological opponents:

Is there proof that any of this happened? No !!

Foreign terrorist organizations and domestic threat actors continue to amplify pre-existing false or misleading narratives online to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions. Some of these actors do so to encourage unrest, which could lead to acts of violence against the facilities, individuals, institutions, and organizations cited above.

What a load of horse hockey

As COVID-19 restrictions continue to decrease nationwide, increased access to commercial and government facilities and the rising number of mass gatherings could provide increased opportunities for individuals looking to commit acts of violence to do so, often with little or no warning.

The Biden Regime is declaring that ending all of these liberty destroying mandates and lockdowns will lead to an upswing of terrorism.   What a joke !!!!

Meanwhile, COVID-19 mitigation measures—particularly COVID-19 vaccine and mask mandates—have been used by domestic violent extremists to justify violence since 2020 and could continue to inspire these extremists to target government, healthcare, and academic institutions that they associate with those measures.

What violence?  There has been no violence, only peaceful protests, and nowhere enough of them.

Domestic violent extremists have also viewed attacks against U.S. critical infrastructure as a means to create chaos and advance ideological goals, and have recently aspired to disrupt U.S. electric and communications critical infrastructure, including by spreading false or misleading narratives about 5G cellular technology.

Even questioning the safety of 5G will get you labeled a domestic terrorist.

Some domestic violent extremists have continued to advocate for violence in response to false or misleading narratives about unsubstantiated election fraud. The months preceding the upcoming 2022 midterm elections could provide additional opportunities for these extremists and other individuals to call for violence directed at democratic institutions, political candidates, party offices, election events, and election workers.

Yup, anyone who posts the truth about Democrats stealing the election from Trump is a domestic terrorist.

A small number of threat actors are attempting to use the evacuation and resettlement of Afghan nationals following the U.S. military withdrawal from Afghanistan last year as a means to exacerbate long-standing grievances and justify attacks against immigrants.

Even joking about Biden’s disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal will get you labeled a domestic terrorist.

The How We Are Responding section contains clear violations of the First Amendment

DHS’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis established a new, dedicated domestic terrorism branch to produce the sound, timely intelligence needed to counter related threats. The Department expanded its evaluation of online activity as part of its efforts to assess and prevent acts of violence, while ensuring the protection of privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties.

The Biden Regime is using the Intelligence Agencies of the United States to spy on the American People.

DHS is working with public and private sector partners, as well as foreign counterparts, to identify and evaluate MDM, including false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories spread on social media and other online platforms that endorse or could inspire violence.

DHS has officially deputized Facebook, Twitters, and other social media sites.  They will gladly comply just like they gladly complied when the Biden Regime asked them to silence those of us who spread the truth on their platforms.

This egregious violation of the First Amendment calls for mass non-violent protests and mass non-violent civil disobedience.  Oh yeah, issuing this odious proclamation is a High Crime, making it an impeachable offence.  Spineless Republicans however will do nothing about it.

The most interesting thing about the spate of “Salvation Army desperate for volunteers and donors” stories in the MSM is the complete lack of mention of the CRT business that caused things to implode.

CRT is the ivermectin of the Salvation Army story that which must not be named

The day the kettles 1st came out in my city I rushed to put money in. The next day the CRT story broke and I walked right by them. Within a week the kettles were gone and I haven’t seen one in the area since although my wife says they’re around..

t might be a shock to some but the Salvation Army but: “Give me money you racist” is not a great business model.

The more I think about it the more I understand why the left is still in full Trump panic mode. There were having excellent success in quietly changing cultural norms and here comes Trump acting based on reality and giving people the courage to call out falsehood.

This is why we’ve entered the age of the big lie. It is now impossible to simply coax people to their own destruction so now blunt force trauma is needed to force falsehoods down our throats.

The left will never forgive Trump for making them come out in the open and the sheep will never forgive him for forcing them to openly choose between bravery and cowardice.

The panic among the left over the popularity of Joe Biden or lack thereof is a good sign in the sense that it suggests they aren’t comfortable about their ability to steal the midterms. But it also means that a lot of the institutions that cooperated in the fraud of 2020 have an incentive to go all in to make sure they aren’t exposed.

The next three years are going to be incredibly ugly.

I see that John Cleese ended up with an ambush interview with the BBC and is unhappy about it.

He should not be shocked at the ignorance of his interviewer. “Higher Education” no longer provides people with the type of education that the Pythons enjoyed. I guess those institutions that they japed about so merrily for decades might have had some use after all.

Personally given his own social media reach I don’t see why he bothered. A few strategically placed tweets will draw his audience better than the collection of media fools anyways.

I see a group of people in NYC were arrested for not providing vaccine passports at the Cheesecake factory.

Maybe they should have told the cops there were just there to loot the place rather than eat, they might have been left alone.
