Lets run down some things that are pretty basic to me.

  1. Given the degree of fairness and accuracy of the media’s reporting I am not making any judgement on what actually happened in Washington until I get it from sources I trust.
  2. For almost a decade I’ve been warning our friends on the left that eventually Americans will reach their breaking point. Stealing this election has helped us reach it. I suspect it will get much worse before it gets better.
  3. There are a lot of people pounding their chests (yesterday the Mayor of Boston was one of them) about violence who either had nothing bad to say about the riots of the past two years or insisted they didn’t exist. Such people are to be ignored.
  4. You can count the number of people shot and killed by Capital Police during the Kavanaugh protests when you had people banging on the doors of the SCOTUS after getting access on fingers and toes of the black knight that remained after his famous battle with King Arthur.
  5. As a general rule I give police (or anyone else for that matter) the benefit of the doubt when facing a mob. A mob doesn’t have to be armed to be dangerous & if the officer who fired had either a legitimate fear for his life or for the lives of those he was protecting then this would be a case of justifiable homicide.
  6. One of the best ways to avoid being shot by police FYI is to obey the law and furthermore obey lawful commands given by police during the execution of their duties. Failing to do either is a bad idea no matter what your political, social or religious opinions are.
  7. An investigation of the situation that led to an officer firing the shot that killed Ashli Babbitt will no doubt take place. If it is determined that he had proper cause to fire that should be the end of it. If it is determined that he fired without proper cause then the appropriate actions from disciplinary sanctions to prosecution should take place and we should accept the judgement given whatever it is.
  8. I predict that there will not be media eulogizing Ashli Babbitt. There will be no activists on ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC & CNN insisting we say her name, nor will there be streets named after her nor marches and candlelight vigils on her behalf. Hey it’s not as if she was robbing a Korean convenience store, or overdosing on drugs, threatening a woman who has a restraining order or her or even shooting at cops. Honors are reserved for such people.
  9. There will be no calls from the left for the defunding of the Capital Police.
  10. The attempt to blame the President for all this is despicable and dishonorable. Anyone who drops support of President Trump over what happened yesterday is either a fool and/or a coward.
  11. The reason why, in my opinion, you are seeing such a backlash concerning what is happening now vs the shooting of Steve Scalise or the beating of Rand Paul is the realization by members of the media/left/tech/deepstate that they are now potential targets of violence, particularly now that there has been bloodshed and their support of such acts when done by their allies might come with a personal physical risk and cost. Perhaps that should have been considered before supporting such violence in the past.
  12. Riots are bad, violence is bad. If you want to convince people that riots and violence are bad you likely shouldn’t spend two years excusing and or supporting such stuff.
  13. Storming the Capital was a bad idea but as I’ve said before a worse idea is spending a decade provoking people who have been arming themselves to the teeth and then demonstrating via stealing an election that attempting to use the ballot to effect change is futile.
  14. President Trump made it a point to leave the various governors and mayor to handle things in their own cities (expect when federal property was involved) I suspect Joe Biden’s administration to come down with an iron hand on supporters of the President.
  15. I expect said Iron hand will not be restricted to those who are contemplating violence. I expect the practice of using Federal agencies to harass political opponents that took place during the Obama years will be back in full force.
  16. If you ask if there should be federal indictments of those who violated the law in DC this week my answer is: “Yes, certainly and they should be handed down as soon as the indictments of all those who broke federal law this summer in Seattle, Portland, DC, NY, and all over the nation where riots and looting took place and as soon as all those who got into federal building during the Kavanaugh hearings are handled. As soon as all those indictments are taken care of, then those who entered the Capital yesterday should face indictment and prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.”
  17. We are in just a couple of weeks going to see the irony of police being proactively used by those who hate them against those who support them.
  18. Absolutely none of this takes place if Donald Trump had been treated from day one as a normal president.
  19. As I see what is happening I keep thinking of Sherman’s lines to John Bell Hood during an exchange of letters in the Atlanta campaign: “You who, in the midst of peace and prosperity, have plunged a nation into war – dark and cruel war – who dared and badgered us into battle” I think this is an accurate description as to what the left has done and what is coming.
  20. I know I said this yesterday but it’s worth repeating today: “Nothing a Biden administration does is worth the cost of my soul or yours and to act in contrary to the best results of your soul is exactly what the enemy hopes to achieve by enabling them. Oh and for the record, the enemy I’m referring to are not the democrats, they’re just, wittingly or unwittingly, working for him.”
  21. Finally a piece of advice, if you are allowing your day to be ruined by what corrupt pols do in Washington DC then you need a different life.

Thanks to many decades of progressive indoctrination an alarming number of Americans mistakenly believe those individuals holding political office or occupying some government bureaucratic positions are the lords and masters over the entire population.  The level and wide spread nature of ignorance regarding this most fundamental principle would shock the founding fathers of the United States.

Control over the governmental by the people was one of the most important founding concepts of this nation.  That concept is enshrined in the Preamble of our Constitution:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Because We the People created this nation we are in charge.  When we hold elections we do not choose rulers we choose elected officials who are our political servants.  Elected officials we have sent to the United States Senate and House of Representatives have ignored the will of the people and the Constitution for decades yet we keep reelecting these individuals and when we do elect someone new they exercise the same bad behaviors as incumbents. 

Our elected officials have created a gigantic federal bureaucracy and given that unconstitutional leviathan enormous amounts of power over every aspect of our lives. 

None of this is right yet we do nothing about it. The Declaration of Independence states quite clearly that We the People of the United States have every right to fix everything that is wrong with the federal government.

We hold these truths to be self-evident: That all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; that, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

We are now in the middle of our most severe constitutional crises since the Civil War thanks to the concerted effort by Democrats in six State to steal the Presidential election from President Trump.  So far all efforts to set things right so far have failed because all efforts have relied on some level of government.  Because the election is in the process of being stolen for Joe Biden, he will not have the consent of the governed.  We the people have every right to make sure the rightful president is ultimately inaugurated.

Democrat and RINO governors are placing all residents of their states under house arrest and shuttering businesses across their states in the name of fighting Coronavirus.  These extremely harsh measures violate the constitutions of the states and are not supported by any form of science.  These measures are best challenged on the state level.

The Constitution of Massachusetts states quite clearly that we the people of this state are the absolute bosses here.

Article V.  All power residing originally in the people, and being derived from them, the several magistrates and officers of government, vested with authority, whether legislative, executive, or judicial, are their substitutes and agents, and are at all times accountable

The Constitution of Massachusetts states clearly also that we have every right to take charge and reform our state government if it becomes abusive to us, which it clearly is right now.

Article VII.  Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity and happiness of the people; and not for the profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men: Therefore the people alone have an incontestable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to institute government; and to reform, alter, or totally change the same, when their protection, safety, prosperity and happiness require it.

Martin Luther King Jr. and Gandhi proved that mass nonviolent civil disobedience is by far the most effective means of dealing with any form of government injustice.

Fight Using All Methods Short of Sin

Let’s be blunt.

Apparently none of the institutions, even those controlled by the GOP will stop the steal. All seem intent on playing procedural games. We’ve seen courts say suits filed before the election were not proper because no harm and been done while other claim that suits filed after the fraud were too late.

Apparently the window for getting relief on a stolen election is shorter than the Barnicle Brothers sixty second sale.

And it’s rather clear that no state legislature is willing to face the wrath of the media to use the power given them by the constitution to stop the steal. With God all things are possible but clearly the fear of God which is the beginning of wisdom nor the realization that the media will treat them no better if they act then if they don’t, is not possessed by enough of them to act.

That I should have seen this done in America on a nation scale in my lifetime and that so many seem willing to accept it is a source of deep disappointment to me, but given human nature and the willingness of people to cave to insane COVID restricts it is not all that surprising.

So what should be done?

  1. We should on every and all occasions continue to state that the 2020 election has been blatantly stolen
  2. We should on every and all occasions from today till January 20th 2024 state for the record that the Biden / Harris administration while legal, is illegitimate.
  3. We should take every action short of Sin to resist any attempt to force us to claim or act as if either of the two above statements are false.
  4. We should continue to take every action short of sin to continue to expose what has been done and produce evidence of same.
  5. We should take every action short of sin to bring down the media and the various tech companies that have aided and abetted these actions
  6. We should treat statements by those in media and tech who have protected aided and abetted these action will all the credibility and respect that they deserve, namely none

All of this said we also have to recognize that barring a sudden surge of courage or conscience by the those involved in these monstrous actions legally the Biden Harris administration will likely be in power and act accordingly in matter of law when necessary. while doing all we can, again short of sin, to hinder, stop and destroy their agenda.

One can recognize the reality on the ground without conceding the legitimacy of the situation. Like Chairman Xi of China in Tibet the The Biden Harris administration will have defacto power in the United States and we need to recognize this as needed to function in this society while at the same time proclaiming from the rooftops that the Biden and Harris authority over this country has the same legitimacy as Xi’s over Tibet.

That is none at all.

I’m Shocked SHOCKED

That when allowing people to steal an election that your voters tend to think it doesn’t matter if they vote.

That when your governor and legislature ignore the wishes of new voters who turned out on election day they decide to stay home.

That people content to steal one election blatantly have no trouble with stealing another.

Or to put it another way the Broken Windows Theory doesn’t just apply to street crime.
