Q: Why do the Methodists choose to boycott Jews and not anyone else in the world?
I think they are simply delusional cowardly fools more than actually evil but the end result is the same. Check out this exchange to understand:

“Don’t you realize that you’re joining a massive global campaign against Israel?” I asked.

“There isn’t a campaign against Israel,” she replied firmly. “It’s not as simple as that.”

“You don’t accept that you’ve just jumped on a fashionable bandwagon?” I asked in amazement.

“We are the first church… to do this… so we are not being fashionable,” she replied.

At which point, what can you really say? Overall, a church that behaves in the manner of the Methodists has buried its credibility under a gigantic dunghill of intransigence, pedantry, lies and distortions.

Can people actually be this stupid? Maybe Pan is right maybe this is evil, the evil of willful denial and ignorance. A denial that supports their fear. Parts of England can’t are no longer safe for non Muslims? La La La La can’t see anything. It’s the same denial that allowed Germans to live in towns near the camps and pretend they are not there.

at the final shot of the two towers from this embed at Little Miss Attila’s site. I won’t give the other side the satisfaction, I’m just pissed they haven’t been rebuilt. As a computer guy I did get a real kick out of seeing the old punch cards. There was still a single card reader when I started at Raytheon in 1985.

Nor does the Anchoress links to Burke’s marvelous series (that deserves more attention) cause shock, as a regular reader and as a person who is into history I know the vast contributions that the Church has given civilization.

But this should be required watching for school students everywhere. You can find more here. I suspect it would get more respect from the tea parties than from elsewhere.

Now if they only would release Steve Allen’s Meeting of Minds….

Rush just said on the air that Obama would not have been elected if he wasn’t black.

There is something liberating in saying something everyone knows but doesn’t want to admit.

If this isn’t the main story on Morning Joe tomorrow then it’s only because it was canceled overnight.

Update: Yes I know there was a time where because of his race he might not have had any chance for election to anything. But come on, Obama over Harold Ford? Obama over John Lewis? Cripes ethics issues aside Charlie Rangel is so much more qualified than President Obama that it isn’t funny. Look at the membership of the Congressional Black Caucus and tell me you can’t six people who were more qualified in 2008?
