After a pretty good week the president is off the wagon:

The Obama administration will scrap the controversial missile defense shield program in Eastern Europe, a senior administration official confirmed to CNN Thursday.

I’d keep an eye on Sarah Palin’s facebook page, this one is a fat pitch over the plate.

Lets cut to the Chase, Gates blather not withstanding the reason why the shipboard option is bad is because it is not actually in the country being protected so they have absolutely no control over their own defense or the decision to actually defend themselves.

This kind of stuff is sure going to provide an incentive for countries to be allied with us isn’t it?

Considering the nature of the McCain/Johnson fight I can’t get this clip from the movie One Two Three out of my head. Key moment comes at :45

Although he denies hatred of Yankees citing his wife, when people as universally respected * as James Edwards, Charles Johnson and Michelangelo Signorile talk attention must be paid.

So I have a blockbusting confession to make. Here in Massachusetts the bluest of blue states Yankee hatred is so prevalent that at the Butcher shop there is a photo that says:

Red Sox fan’s 10% off, Yankeee Fans F— Off

With the exception of Berra and Jeter I must confess that I share that unyeilding Yankee hatred.

Oh and I strongly advise not watching the Movie it has horrible scenes of torture.

Where is Human Rights Watch when you need them, drop the Nazi medals and get on the case!

Nancy Pelosi sure can’t:

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said yesterday she is clueless about an amendment to prohibit government funds for embattled ACORN, although it overwhelmingly passed the Senate Monday and the White House is calling for the group to be held accountable.

Via that Beck supporting, Breitbart interviewing, “9/12 crowd truther” Glenn Reynolds.
