Q: What does the media reaction to the Global Warming/Glacier stories and the John Edwards stories have in common?

This is how bias is done, by both commission and omission.

The latest Edwards stuff, if nothing else it sure proved this post right.

Update: I’m sorry but for this John Edwards gets our very first Wheel of Fish Award.

…this really bothers me:

The likes of Daily Kos, Democratic Underground, and Moveon.org have launched assaults against not only this site, but against us personally. Against us as private citizens and individuals. They are costing us work, harassing us at home, making physical threats against us, and doing everything they can to shut us down. emphasis mine

Trying to cost them their jobs and livelihood, particularly in this economy? That’s way over the line!

It is one thing to go after someone politically. If you are going to be in the marketplace of ideas you have to be prepared to take some bruises. It’s quite another when you try to take away a person’s livelihood. I’ve seen this before and the same word applies now as it did then.

Dishonorable!

The Flemish menace foiled again…

…as what appears to be a terrorist attack waiting to happen is stopped!

Somerset County investigators seized a cache of weapons including a grenade launcher and hundreds of rounds of ammunition today from the Branchburg motel room of a Virginia man, who also had maps of a U.S. military facility and an out-of-state civilian community.

As the police are asking for help if anyone has any information it’s our duty to remind people how to spot the Flemish menace if it comes to your town!

Your guide to the Flemish Menace!

And don’t left blogs like Riehl or Atlas distract you with this line:

Investigators also found Middle Eastern red and white traditional headdress, Forrest said.

…that’s a red herring to throw us off the track. After all the media or government wouldn’t ignore a mid-east or islamic connection if it existed, would they?
